Went to give a three course dinner a go. Have been happy with the atmosphere which is lovely, very festive.Also the staff is lovely and the service is really fast.Regarding the food, I?ve been happy just with my starter - delicious fried calamari - as my main was horrible. I ordered a carbonara with truffle but I got an overcooked pasta with a cheesy cream with zero taste. Most important, no sign of truffle. Such a pity.The dessert - a chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream - was decent, although nothing special.Generally speaking I like this place, perfect for family/friends time.

I dined here just before Christmas with some friends. At first I was going to leave a not so good review but as the evening went on, I changed my mind.I visit zizzi often enough as I enjoy the food, a great selection of food for everyone really, Vegans included. Kids menu is good and they have a good selection at a good price point.However the dampener of the atmosphere was it took ages from ordering to receive our food and drinks. It wasn?t busy, there were quite a few tables empty so I thought maybe it was perhaps a short staffing issue, but then it became more obvious, delivery drivers coming to collect food which pushed the dine in orders take longer as the take out orders needed to be prioritised. Sometimes there were as many as 7 drivers waiting, I know it?s Christmas time so what do you expect, but it was a shame as you could see the stress on the staff?s faces.The staff were great through it all though and made up for the inconvenience.Bottom line, great food, kind and friendly staff, inconvenienced by delivery drivers.If anyone at zizzi head office reads this, do something to help your staff out.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options and changes to suit.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menuWheelchair accessibility: All on one level,

The worst pizza ever in Zizzi after many years. It was like a margarita with four bits of chicken on it. No roquito and £16.50 a rip off.

visited for dinner on a busy friday night and despite the busy service everything was delightful, i was greeted with by a lovely young lady named lilly and she took care of me and my family, felt super comfortable and the food was superrrr good. will definitely be coming over again, absolutely amazing!

Treated my wife to a lovely birthday brunch. We tried their vegetarian pizza and it was so nice. The ingredients were really fresh, dough was straight out of the oven. The service was excellent as well. Couldn?t finish the tiramisu as it was a large serving but was delish

The food was absolutely great! Great prices, and even better non- alcoholic drinks menu. However although the over all experience was good, the staff- two ladies who served us was great, a special shout out to Lauren N for her great service. But unfortunately the Assistant restaurant manager(who i didnt catch their name) was ridiculous rude, and service with him was rubbish, made us feel on edge and was ridiculously sarcastic when asking for something, would 100% go back, but If seeing that Assistant manager there i would walk right back out. -Michael Simonaitis.

Lovely customer service! I marked down a star because I'm coeliac and they had no gluten free pizzas available the day I went (which is why I went there). But I enjoyed my other choice of food and had a really nice time. My sister had a pizza and really liked it too.

We had a wonderful dinner. Although we arrived towards 10pm the staff accommodated us. Our waiter Fethi was very kind and professional. Delicious food. I recommend this restaurant to all. Many thanks.

We've been here twice now & both times it's been great. The food is lovely and has really good service, they give you a free bowl of pasta chips which are amazing.

Visited for lunch last week and was super pleased. Service was attentive. Food was great. Had salad, garlic bread, pizza, risotto and all was great. The most importantly the chocolate Brownie and the tiramisu were simple superb ?. Tiramisu was super light and yummy. Will return for sure

The staff is the most friendly and welcoming we have ever seen. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a nice smile, and a very pleasant waitress saw that our little one was not settling and she offered us to bring the cucumber and carrots sticks with a piece of bread as soon as possible. She brought the plate of pasta from the kid's meal soon after. We did not wait for very long to have our food served. That same waitress was attentive to our needs all throughout and fulfilled the needs of our child. The other waiters were equally competent and kind. The food was outstanding, so was the cleanliness of that restaurant. I highly recommend!

I?ve only ordered via just eat from this store and they don?t put meat in their Bolognese unless you specifically ask for it - when bolognese has meat it. Feels like a cost saving initiative for them whilst the company hold hard earn cash - disappointing and wouldn?t recommendStaff were polite and sympathetic and offered no solution
