Went in to pick up an online order, the text clearly told me to go to the fragrance counter, I waited a few minutes because there was no one there and eventually a young lady wearing a hijab turned up. I asked if I could pick up an order and she was very rude. She just said ?go to the pharmacy? and pulled a face as if I was a problem. Horrible service from her, I don?t appreciate being spoken to like that when asking a simple question. Wouldn?t bother going to this boots if you want to buy any fragrance, doubt you?ll get good service. I gave two stars because the young lady who did help me was very polite

I had lovely experience shopping at the Boots on Sloane Square, purely thanks to Filomena who made my whole shopping experience very satisfactory and effortless. I cannot express enough how helpful Filomena was and I hope she gets recognised for improving the overall customer experience at this Boots location!!

Incompetent and slow staff. Couldn?t recommend a simple cream for sting. Always refer to GP. Also understaffed which translates in long wait time

It is the second time that the people who handle medication and prescription let me leave the shop with zero help and even worse always give me the extreme scenario so I get even more worried and go to the hospital. However, I went to them for urgent relief as GPs are not available for weeks! And they know that but they prefer to send you away more stressed.First time I had a skin condition, they told me I had chickenpox. Even If I told them I had it when I was younger. Turned out it was something completely different.Then today, for my eye, he said "no I am not going to suggest any eye drop cause it may be a more serious problem like with something your brain!" And again, consult your gp! ?????Honestly, Boots train your pharmacists or your staff cause they are the ones probably who send everyone to the Emergency creating a massive backlog for hospitals.Pharmacists are supposed to help with minor issues but they are clueless and incompetent. At this point everyone can be a pharmacist. You just have to repeat "consult your GP".

Shambolic unprofessional time wasters. Negligence in store cost me a £500 toothbrush. Told to return it to oral b by unprofessional and rude Asian girl on number 7 last September. Had to chase store manager who chased area manager. Took him 3 months between calls to get back to me. Despite providing receipt for item and proof that oral b credited boots for the item, I received no exchange, no refund and no apology. Just excuses from Faisal the area manager who is shambolic and incompetent. Avoid this store like the plague. Rude member of staff who gave wrong information that caused this mess, is still working in store, still rude and still misleading customers

I have recently bought a lipliner and the package was already sketchy as their other lipliners were not even packed, for hygienic reasons I have chosen this one, the lipliner was broken and more than half of the product was empty. Also rude costumer service, awful.pd I have attached a picture sorry it is blurry as I was opening the lipliner on the bus after the purchase.

Long established usual go to pharmacy and personal product store. This one not too far from Sloane Sq and a few steps away from Peter Jones. Not too well stocked up but perhaps it's store policy to arrange products in a sparsely manner. Affordable prices if they are house brands and sometimes discounted too if bought in a brace

A lady served me at the till, she was so rude I?ve never experienced customer service like this. I went in to pick up a perfume, she completely ignored me. I asked for the perfume and she handed it to me, I had asked her for a YSL bag for the perfume as it was a gift, she said they didn?t have which was fine. She did not give me a bag I had to ask for one. Her whole mannerism was terrible. You should not be working in customer service if you have an attitude. She was a lady wearing a hijab stay away from her at the perfume counter.
