I really like this place generally but recently I bought some Kefir that was out of date. I had only realised once I'd had a sip and it tasted funny. I wasn't able to go back on the same day so I returned about a week later when I had time and the sales assistant kind of just said tough luck in so many words....and proceeded to say we have a no refund no return policy. The owner was there and I should have taken it up with him. I felt like saying it isn't my job to check expiry dates, isn't it your job? This isn't good customer service in my opinion especially since I am a regular customer......If I do decide to shop here again I will be very careful not to purchase anymore expired products.

One of the staff just put his hands around my neck as if to ?pretend? strangle me.I?ve just had the most bizarre and shocking experience. I was at the till (paying for £120 of groceries) when one of the staff - approx 60 y/o male with a light grey beard - half-jokingly criticised me for buying frozen green beans. He then literally put his hands around my neck as though to ?pretend? strangle me. Of course he didn?t apply force, but I could feel his hands wrapped around my neck. I was so shocked I didn?t know how to respond.I?ve been coming to the store for over 20 years and love the place. I even debated not writing this review. I?m sure you can understand, I had to.

Very bad service, bought some blackberries the other day from a lady called marie, went home and i saw that they were expired but by then they already closed so i went back the next day and i was lied to by the owner that they apparently dont sell it then he refused to refund it when i found some in the fridge even though i explained to him the law of the consumer act 2015 then i was kicked out for absolutely no reason without a refund!! Very disappointed

I have been visiting Here Organics for some time now because it has a good selection of organic food, fresh and ambient but also an extensive range of supplements. Prices are competitive enough...

Horrible! I bought a bar of chocolate and it had two fat worms alive inside it and was full of their eggs. Absolutely disgusting! Also all the berries on their shelves are rotten, covered in mold. Never going here again!

I've just visited this place to purchase several things. I greeted the Iranian man at the reception twice. He looked at me and ignored me twice. When I politely told him that it would have been nice to be acknowledged, he replied by saying that since he could have been my father due his age, I should have respected him. I was rather puzzled by his reply and absurd behaviour. There is obviously something very wrong with this shop's customer service. Too bad I would have made a superb customer but I'll certainly stay away now. Awful behaviour.

To the owner: please educate your employees.For the health-conscious who need supements or are new to supplements, do not go to this shop.There was a balding man who said he was a new employee. I asked for omega 3 liquid, and he told me I should get fish oil capsules. I explained I wanted it either liquid or vegan and he seemed confused. Okay, fine he is new.I tell him due to my high consumption of supplements i look for low filler products. Then he tells me actually tablets are have less filler than capsules and liquids. I showed him a right bear the cash register a box containing magnesium stearate stearic acid guar gum. He told me those were beneficial because they were small amounts and didn't even have exact amounts in the nutrition facts.I asked if he was sure, and he said well you seem to know more than me but it's the consumers choice to believe me and buy the product.I was livid. It is excusable to be ignorant and learning on the job but it is completely irresponsible to hire somebody who blatantly lies to the consumer and then says it is their choice to be a customer at the shop.I am glad that the shop already has low stars and am happy to help give people a better understanding so they don't give it the benefit of the doubt the way that I did.

Fridges were off. I bought 3 pieces of smoked salmon. Opened at home they were so stinky I had to throw them in garbage outside home. Went back owner tells me I am lying and he opens a stinky package in broken fridge and eats it in front of me ? you couldn?t make it up

Everything healthy you need you will find here. I often go there. The staff are nice. Today i had a nice conversation with Maria at the till, such a lovely lady, she was extremely helpful. Many thanks and keep it up.

This a kind of hidden store has a very good variety of organic food. However it?s a not so sophisticated store, the products qualities are top level and it?s always easy to find attractive healthy options for regular days or special occasions as well. Affordable wines are also available and pretty aligned with their customers expectations. Very good spot to find gluten free options as well.

I have been shopping at Here Organic for a while now and I have always found all the products I need for my dietary restrictions.The staff is very polite and always helpful. Good selection of organic fruit and vegetables too.

Very rude staff. I was asked to leave my bag at the till by the very rude staff/ owner. I said fine if you think I'm a shop lifter I won't buy anything here. An elderly Male, presumably the owner then started shouting abuse at me when I walked away.

I'm going to be generous and leave 2 stars as I have been shopping here for years but last week a strange girl on the till insisted I leave my shopping bags behind the till `because they might have covid'. I replied, `perhaps you'd feel safer without any customers at all then', and left. I doubt the boss is happy to see the drop in business but he shouldn't employ jobsworths who can't think for themselves.This young woman has a glittering future in front of her as a Covid Marshall.

I was just asked to leave the shop because I refused to surrender my bag to be left insecurely by the entrance. Rude. ?That?s the policy!?.... I used to spend so much here - off to the competitors. Never ever been treated so badly. No argument. Just turned around and left. Avoid.
