Ive visited a few of this shop around London, but this one, in Fulham is the best ! The staff is very helpful and extremely pleasant. Don?t know who did the recruiting, but good job !!!They?ve got all the products I?m looking for !

Happened to visit the store yesterday in a rush, not to mention, I was totally clueless about the stuff I needed to buy. The staff is very polite and efficient.Especially Sid, absolutely amazing, very helpful and knowledgable, he helped me through the process.If you read this, you definitely made my day :). As usual very expensive (reasons?!?), full of people and no staff, welcome to UK. Just one till open and people queuing, staff not trained at all and very poor english level. It seems they don't re-stock often, plenty of empty boxes everywhere. Compare to their prices they must provide a better service. Impossible order a physical card, always a new excuse.

So it's not only one H&B discontinues a product I've been consuming for a long time, and then they don't offer an alternative. I like their point system, but I end up spending so much money every time. I wish they had cooking essential oils for my wife.

The shop is located on Kings Road and stock all your health & wellness needs. The staff are helpful and knows their stuff. It is just next to Marks & Spencer so you cannot miss it. Bought some St John wort tablet there to soothe my nerves after a long traveling day

That's a bigger store than in Fulham, they had what I was looking for. The staff was making quite a lot of noise with the bags, and they gave me two bags, one on each other like if I went to Primark. The bag should be able to handle the weight, or it means that it hasn't been designed properly. The products are nice, please be careful and subtle with the service.
