This is a bright, clean and friendly branch. I walked in to show them my ID to open a bank account and the branch manager helped me within 20 minutes. All the staff were patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

I?d like to congratulate them on the impressive breakthrough in customer service, by combining arrogance, rudeness and stupidity, seamlessly and consistently.It?s been almost half year and I still cannot change my address. Went to this branch at least 5 times, the staff kept repeating the same mistake, even if I told them it didn?t work last time. No any update in between, you have to call and wait long time for the same answer. Every time there is a small queue in the branch, but need to wait for about 1 hour due to the low efficiency. Most of the staff were impatient (except 1 lady).Wanted to file a complaint, after 15 mins taking my info, ?you have to stay online, I don?t know how long you should wait, to speak to our complaint manager, I can?t file this complaint for you??

They seem to purposely get information wrong on international wire transfers so that they charge you for the wire Then charge you to Retrieve it when It was Their Mistake even when Corrected!!! TAKE NOTE This was done to an 80 year old man on more than one occasion... I cant wait to get back to London and give them an earfull in person about it all

Terrible service Constantly getting things wrong even when corrected create another mistake elsewhere so my wire didn't make it yet they still Charged me and didn't reverse the Charge .THEN state the Other bank Charged me an extra 20 pounds which was twice as much as the wire so 30 pounds down and My money is still not in my account after 15 days ... Would Give Zero Stars if Possible They are trying to take advantage of Old people so Take Heed!!!
