Girl in headscarf on self service is rude and abrupt. Dark skinned manager, Dickson , is a poor excuse for a manager. Mouthy and very rude. Lots of good staff in store. The girl with the headscarf and Dickson are putting the store under a bad light. Told my friend to listen when she asked him to reach something for her. He said it?s not his job to reach things. Then told her to listen to what he said. She is deaf and can lip read but can?t hear very well even with a hearing aid. Dickson is a disgrace. Store manager has really turned the store around. Mr Sainsbury please get rid of the most ignorant Dickson.

Shambolic service. I picked up an Argos parcel. Parcel broken. Returned same day. They did not process the item. It was sent out of store with no paperwork. The store lost it. Store duty manager not concerned. Argos won?t refund as due to processing fault I have no proof I returned it. Dixon new duty manager failed in his promise 3 times to call me back despite careline telling him to call me. Dixon is ineffectual and a sorry excuse for a manager. He should go back to the company he worked at previously and read up on customer service because he doesn?t know the meaning of it. He refused to apologise and told me to deal with the night manager Trushar, as it was her fault. He passed the buck. Pathetic service. Dixon is truly shambolic kabir and Trushar are the only managers who are customer focused and care about customer satisfaction. Store manager is excellent. Customer focused and personable. Dixon had another go at me today as to why I have made a formal complaint about his attitude. Dixon is rude, incompetent and downright confrontational. When told I?d made a complaint, he laughed. Customer service is lower than a snakes belly and you can?t get much lower than that! The general store manager and duty managers , Kabir and Trushar are excellent. Sadly they?ve been lumbered with Dixon who?s ? don?t care ? attitude is loosing the store loyal customers. Please get rid of Dixon for he is antagonistic and very rude.

Beware this store. I bought lots of red ticket mark sale items. I was charged full price. Had to go around the store again with the manager checking with receipt and tickets. Twice as long I just left, life's too short.

Their staff stink & need a shower. Unfortunately this is the closest shop to my home. I wish it weren?t.They have an Argos collection point here, but the staff steal. I refused an item because it was damaged; staff promised to refund but never did & Argos head office insist it?s been marked as ?collected? by the staff here. It?s so exhausting trying to communicate with staff here that I had to give up trying to get my refund. They kept the item & my money.Staff don?t speak English so you can?t really communicate when needed. What they lack in language skills they make up for in aggression.Their management makes bizarre stock choices. For example, they never plan ahead & refresh their stock before they run out so the shop is almost always out of stock of what you need.Given the limited space one would expect the basics to be covered over specialist items, but frequently the opposite is true. For example, they don?t have enough space for plain & saltana scones so instead of just stocking the plain scones they only stock saltana scones. There is also masses of wasted space on the shelves.Staff don?t know what basic items are (for example, I asked for meringues but staff look at you like you?re crazy and then ask you to describe what meringues are). Needless to say, there?s no point. You?re just wasting your energy here.I could go on, but as you can imagine it?s a lost cause?

Handy local store that saved me a trip back to Wandsworth. Great for quick stop veggies & vegan chocolates without going to larger supermarket. Two bike racks outside.Edit - they also sell tins of pineapple in JUICE which the other larger supermarkets didn't have and were needed for my Bunny's Gut Stasis saving emergency vet trip x

When you order on Deliveroo, they don't deliver some products, neither they update that they are unavailable leaving you unable to cook your recipe and just wasting money.Never again

The managers response to an overcrowded store with no social distancing, no control of the number of shoppers and to the danger this poses being " We're busy " is testament to the money grabbing attitude.A number of the staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. However, the rudeness of others is breathtaking.I have used this store for 14 years, but recent decline in the general attitude and dreadful standard of management means that my last visit was indeed my last!Collecting an Argos purchase to have a dissmisive hand waved in my face by the rudest member of staff, and the lack of management interest, was the last straw.
