They should at least hire someone who can speak english and, who can literally show some respects to others, not just being an emotional person who seemed wanting every customers knowing he has some sort of anxiety issues, when he found ppl couldnt understand him. Bad service for having such upsetting person. Sadly other staff were friendly.

Store assistant had an uncanny insight into my size and requirements. Outstanding.

Went in today, willing to buy some shirts. The employee there couldnâ??t be less helpful. I left without getting anything, heading to another T M Lewinâ??s store hoping to get better service there. An employee represents the brand and that shouldnâ??t be forgotten. A â??thank youâ?, a â??hiâ? or a â??how can I help youâ? are essential for the customerâ??s satisfaction.

Popped in with my guy for some pants for his dinner suit. Vincent, you're the man and great service from you too!

Helpful store but disappointed sizes were wrong after measurements and the importance of the occassion was stressed to staff!

Very helpful staff. Good measuring service so suit and shirts fit well. Pricing and special offers a little confusing. Their clothing is well thought out classic and tailored. So you are guaranteed to look smart .

First time buying TM Lewin shirts as I always used another well known with similar deals.

Their tailor basically spoiled the jacket I bought and they told me in the shop that nothing can be done. Clumsy service. Unsatisfied.

The staff have very poor customer service skills, and seem to hate their job and their customers. They behave in a disinterested manner and try to behave pretentiously, mistakenly thinking it gives them kudos. A bit of a faux pas when you're dressed like an unsophisticated adult. Bow tie with a formal suit? Really? I'd fire someone who wore that to my store.
You have to know what you want. There are no real connoisseurs of traditional English gentleman's clothing in any of the stores. TM Lewin how about training your staff in traditional English sartorial etiquette, send them on a training course on British formal wear as well as customer service skills.
I bought a tie today that I realised was faulty before leaving the store. Surely the staff member should have spotted this when packing? Of course she did. She didn't care and hoped I wouldn't notice. When I returned to the till I saw her face sink with guilt, and she proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong with the tie despite it being defective because she was too lazy to exchange it and go to the stockroom to find a replacement.
The flagship site in Jermyn St isn't better in terms of service. Neither store call their customers to let them know when their ordered items have arrived.
TM LEWIN you need to use mystery shoppers. Your staff are hurting your brand!

OMG. The staff hate their job or maybe the owner.
Such a poor customer service.
They must be fired all.

Low quality suits. They get damaged after a couple of times you dry clean them due to the glue they put in the interlining.
