Very good store, awful customer service. The queue for returns is a joke. I visited on Thursday 12/10 at approximately 6pm, there was one shop assistant on the return till who chatted and laughed whilst serving a customer for over ten mins as we all waited (massive queue). Finally someone complained and she finished swiftly. Was very rude to me, despite giggling away with previous customer. Strange. Sort out your returns queue Zara, especially as it?s no longer free to return by post.

Very nice store located off of the main street. Clothes are presented nicely and staff are very helpful. I like the layout of the store, and unlike my local shop, a lot of the latest products online are available to purchase.

I visited the store today and the guy in the self check out downstair was very rude. He said leave me alone as I was trying to hand over the check out and proceed to do the check out for me. This was actually my favorite zara store to shop but today?s experience really put me off.I was trying to find the contact section on your website but I couldn't find one. If you just go through all one star reviews there are similarities on the cases - staff in the male changing room (which is also where the self check out is) mentioned several times.

I visited this Zara yesterday and the staff putting items back from the fitting room were so rude. A lady was using one of the mirrors and a member of staff wheeled a rail of clothes right in front of her blocking the mirror. When the lady said that was really unhelpful in a polite tone, the male staff member just said ?I know? and carried on, leaving the rail in front of the mirror.Shortly after this incident, I was looking at a dress on a rail and a different staff member came and pushed all the clothes along the rail so I couldn?t see the dress anymore and my arm was amongst the clothes. It doesn?t cost anything to have manners and your job is in a customer facing role?! All of the items I went in there to buy were showing as available but from the stock room, but due to the attitude of the staff I couldn?t even be bothered to ask someone for some assistance and left.

I had an exceptional experience at Zara's menswear department in Duke of York Square, London. I walked in for a quick shoe purchase and was delighted by the outstanding customer service provided by Zeyn. He not only assisted me promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect footwear. Zeyn's professionalism and friendliness truly stood out.I also had the pleasure of interacting with his manager, who clearly sets a high standard for the team. The teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit.I left the store with my new shoes, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and product. Zara's menswear department in Duke of York Square is highly recommended, thanks to the exceptional team, especially Zeyn and his manager. Thank you for making my shopping experience so memorable!

Pickpockets operate at this Zara! Someone took my phone out of my purse. No security guard there- apparently he was on break, cashiers seemed least bothered and didn?t even call him. I would avoid this location altogether

The return queue and staff are appalling. Only one person at the till with more than 20 customers queuing, average waiting time is not less than 30 - 40 mins. When l raised the issue to the girl at the till, she was also extremely rude. It's a shame as l think this is one of the best Zara stores in London.

I bought two items online, at great expense. One arrived with threads already pulling, so I didn't bother trying it on, and decided to return both. I visited the King's Road store, admittedly on a weekend, but it was a terrible experience. I have worked in retail on the King's Road and know just how stressful it can be, nonetheless, I was never allowed to overlook customer service.Firstly, there are two separate queues for buying and returning. While I think this is an intelligent idea overall, it is not well signposted, and the staff in the fitting rooms don't tell you. I had to wait for 30 minutes at the buying till, only to be told to go to the returns queue, and wait for another 30 minutes.Secondly, they seem to treat everyone trying to return items they have bought online like suspects. I wasn't allowed to exchange the products I had bought. I was told I'd have to pay for new items on the day. My refund for my first purchase was made, but it takes up to 12 days to arrive in my bank account. Why should I have to be out of pocket for a fortnight? I had already spent my money.Thirdly, when I raised a perfectly legitimate concern about a lack of signposting in the store about the queue system, and that customers who have already paid for items should be able to exchange, I was told by the manager that I should have asked about these policies when I entered the store. Why is that the case? Customers are not obliged to understand complex policies of firms - they are not employees!I was in two minds about posting a bad review, as I know that working in retail can be horrible, and I wouldn't want to leave hard-working staff feeling deflated. However, Zara's business model seems to have gone very down hill. They rely far too heavily on self-service. This may work in a supermarket when you know exactly what you need, but it simply isn't suitable for a company that sells clothes at mid-range price point. Overall, I would say that the company's focus 'selling fast' has undermined the customer experience, and has left staff feeling disillusioned. Great shame, as it used to be a great experience.

Super helpful sales assistants. I was looking for a specific perfume, which seems to be sold out, but they really tried their absolute best. Thank you!!
