Friendly staff very polite, they also have deals at Christmas and other holidays and is one of the cheaper stores to buy from on Southampton way.Compared to the other convenient stores in tbe area, they also have a post office which shuts at 5.30pm which is very handy.

The brothers that own it are very helpful. Post office is really convenient and I like the fact that he has a nice long lunch.

Picked up a parcel here in the post office section lovely man behind the counter long ques he dealt with stressful situation brilliantly was calm efficient and helpful shop carries good selection but I think the post office section carries the shop!!!!

The permanent queue out the door of the shop for the Post Office is a nightmare.It is a horrible experience with most people not observing social distancing or wearing a mask. It must be a covid19 hotspot !

Cost cutter are fair yet open all hours unlike Tesco Express, you can buy what you needs such as sugar etc
