For the customer buying good more than £10(to be confirmed), the car park fee of £2 for 1.5 hours can be claimed back with physical paper receipt from the local payment machine. Please remember not to the payment app as their email receipt is not accepted by Morrisons.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! you only have 10 minutes to pay. The meter is out of service, the telephone automated service did not accept my card, I downloaded the app, set up new account and paid for 2 hours, even though I was only there for one... and still got a PCN for £60 for not paying within 10 minutes!! Impossible to do when the services to pay do not work. Its caught so many people. They must be making a fortune!!

Went to purchase one of those shopping bags of surprise food.I purchased through an app called To Good to Go.When I got there, there wasn't a specific place for me to get assistance. Now, don't forget that I paid for this online. So yes you get a good discount off food, and it's a lot of food but, the food was a couple of days out of date and I was given strawberries and I am very allergic to strawberries. The woman who initially dealt with me said the strawberries could not be exchanged. "No, that's it" she said. But I am quite persistent, and I kept asking until they agreed to exchange the strawberries for another fruit. After all, it's not my fault.So I went home and had a look inside the box and I had a really good think about if I felt good after that experience. No, I did not. The woman made me feel really uncomfortable about buying this box. How dare you get food at a discount? But the young gentleman who dealt with me, gave me some lovely customer service.Would I do this again? No. There shouldn't be a problem "vibe" when you use the app.Edited 20/07/2023What we forget is that "too good to go" helps with poverty, yes, but is essentially about food waste. So the people buying this are not necessarily poor and in need. They should definitely not be stigmatised. And if your organisation truly believes in inclusion, then you must speak to your staff and clarify this. Make things better or lose my custom.

Also I love the store, and their products, I don't think the staff' s attitudes are pleasant, especially at the tills and self service checkouts. I think staff ought to display pleasantries and be welcoming and patient towards customers .They depend on us for their business.

Usually good. Today the salad bar was empty at 7.45am. missed my opportunity to grab my lunch for the day. so will need to buy somewhere else. The lady behind the bar was abit misurable, and acted like I was an inconvenience by asking her for a spoon and if the bar will be topped up. I soon left her to continue talking to her friend on the phone.

No stars at all. Female staff especially the Jamaican one in the kiosk. Argumentative, confrontational & extremley rude. Sitting down looking fed up with her job, eye rolling for getting a wrong product.There are many olaces in this toxic environment where one can be abused.Going shopping should not be one of them.The majority of female staff at this branch have NO customer hospitality service at all. One dare not even ask them If they have a product in the store as their response is hostile.I vote not to shop there again.Terrible experiencePositive Customer service is a thing of the past . Even the 99p store staff have better attitudes.

Sincerely disgusted and dissatisfied with a parking system, up and running for many years, designed to entrap innocent individuals into a £60 perfect fine. Morrisons continue to manoeuvre being blind to complaints and their own reviews! Poor compassion and controlling scheme but it's Morrison 1, Victims 0. In accordance to your parking enforcement rules, this misleading psychology technique is detrimental to your brand image, evident by the many complaints!And for the store...the shop wasn't too bad at all.

Morrisons in Camberwell is a well stocked shop, considering its modest size, but it gets very busy at pick times, with long queues to the tills. However this particular Morrisons has the most unpleasant and AGRESSIVE security personnel, who are RASIST. . I am glad I found a good place to say it.I now shop. mostly at Lidl or in Morissons in Peckham .which has a bigger choice and nicer staff.

Horrible place.Out of 11 self-checkouts, they only had 3 open. After queuing up for 15 minutes, once I get to the front of the queue, I am told that the self-checkout tills are cash only, when there were no signs or warnings about it at all.When checking out at the tills, the cashier tells me that they can't take vouchers because the system is very slow today. I went to Morrisons specifically to use my voucher instead of wasting it! But all I wasted here was my time.The place is a mess as well. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
