Came to collect a parcel this morning and was served by Brenda, she was incredibly helpful and cheerful and went the extra mile to see if I had any post before the postman went out to deliver. Such great customer service and a lovely interaction to have on this rainy Saturday morning :)

Royal Mail especially this branch is such a trash. Very unprofessional and effin liars. They said that there's no one in our house yet I am waiting whole day to deliver my order. This place should close if they're tired of their job. Avoid Royal Mail at all cost because they are trash!

I have never dealt with such terrible service from Royal Mail anywhere I?ve lived in the U.K. some how every time I order I?m not in and delivery needs to be reattempted. I ordered for next day delivery and paid a substantial amount because I really need it for my business and waited ALL DAY. No one came no one knocked yet delivery was attempted. What an actual joke. I don?t know who I can complain to to get this sorted because this is actually insane. Deliveries are NEVER attempted. And what kind of opening time is 8-10???

Oh no closed again. really random opening times and cards do not get left at your house. It is hard work getting deliveries from royal mail and we dread it.When the station rd place is open, the counter staff are helpful..... but there is clearly a staffing numbers issue. Sort it out please Royal Mail.!

Waited in all day for delivery?. Then get email to say They?d tried to deliver the item but it seemed no one was at home!!!!?. Absolute bloody Liars!!!? wasted my day!?. Because they?re too lazy!?.Then I couldn?t even get my daughter to collect it because NO CARD was left Either!!!?. Just told me Next Day delivery would be attempted!?but had hospital appointments?.so no way to inform them?..Phone Line is just a Big Joke!!

Why keep changing the opening times? Only last month the advertised times were 8am-8pm, today the sorting office was open 8am-10am.Royal mail have attempted delivery yesterday and today on a guarantee delivery and both times they never left a red slip. I live 2 Streets away and have just walked around there to see if i can get my parcel to find out its shut?.Im away from tomorrow so won't see my parcel until sometime next week,

Helpful and friendly staff. They will go the extra mile to find your parcels and they always have a polite attitude which you rarely see in London.

A driver from this local office came to my house. Fair enough, the lift wasn?t working but because I live on the sixth floor the gentleman marked my address ?inaccessible?. I have a problem with this. If we the tenants including young and old can climb sixth floor I do not see why a Royal Mail staff cannot. It?s part of their job description and climbing stairs is a risk that comes with the job. And to add insult to injury, marking the address as ?inaccessible? is highly deceptive and fraudulent as that does not actually convey the true story of what exactly happened! I have lodged a formal complaint as this is a behaviour that?s unacceptable and not expected from a public servant.
