Beware of bidding on the items on eBay- British Heart Foundation Shop,I won the bidding of 4 items and after 4-5 days they pretend can't find one of the item that I won and paid for it only because that item worth more money than I won on bidding. If they feel the item you won in bidding, worth more money then they send you a message and will tell you that they can?t find the item and they simply cancel it that what happened to me .They are not trustable and reliable . I don?t recommend them at all .I?m not a only person this happened to, Please go to their eBay negative feedbacks and you will see many people had same issues with them .They are refusing to send orders that you won on bidding that worth money than you won , their trick is just sending a message that they can?t find the item and will refund then after few days they post the item again to sell more .

Accommodating staff, I was successful in being selected for an interview but unfortunately I had to withdraw due to work commitments.

Pathetic quality of service. Recommended everyone uses somewhere else.Booked a collection of old settee and advised BHF it was big. When they came to see the settee, they were constantly looking for excuses not to remove item. With so many reasons, the item was not collected. That was a surprise.

What can I say, still awaiting a apology for the bhf, now for over 2 yrs. After having the manager of the pellon store in halifax, and a volunteer lie that I had gone in and made phone calls harashng a member of staff.None of which happened, but I complained to the bhf head office, expecting to receive a apology and the members off staff to be discipline. The bhf head office have failed to confirm a single date and Time of a incident, and for 18 months they claimed they had cctv evidence. Most puzzled, as this was not possible,.I asked for copies of this cctv, two managers at bhf head office stated they had seen the cctv but eventually after many failed legal request for this cctv,.the bhf head office eventually admitted the store never even had cctv installed. The same two employees at the pellon branch made the same fasle allegations to the police, which oddly the police have never managed to provide any dates and time of incidents and have failed to obtain any prove from thr bhf, or the individuals in question.I fine it shocking that.bhf head office, as company procedure do not check allegations made by staff members, before accepting them as correct, or more.worryingly after they are informed they are incorrect and lie about having cctv evidence.I would normally expect a company to check the third party details, but this certainly did not happen until a yr after the event and well I'm sure bhf head offce, can confirm the version of detils provided by the pellon store, regarding this and other details was shown to be incorrect. How any organisation can do that I have no idea, obviously I'm bais, but that is just a abuse of power, from a organisation that is meant to help People. To add injury to insult, the bhf have threatened to get me areasted if I continue asking how they can act in such a appalling manner.I'm sorry to say I think this company should have it's charitable licence removed, please deal with the charity at your own risk.

All good n well when giving them money, but nasty n hostile when you are looking for a valid refund. Update, the hostile arrogantJames Park who claims to be the area manager in Scotland for the British Heart Foundation.A nasty piece of work and an extremely poor representative of B.H.F.He is an oxymoron of what they claim to represent as the stress he caused would give you an heart attack.Extremely poor and advise to proceed with caution when dealing with this crowd

I booked online for a collection. No one ever got back to me. I waited a week then visited the Seven Sisters Rd store to enquire what was happening. Everyone seemed so stressed and panicky but I was told someone would contact me. It never happened and after two weeks I have given up. Everything now will have to go to house clearance. BHF must realise that when people are moving time is of the essence and a two week wait for a first response is no good. Done restructuring needed by the look of it.

Having to write this under my husbands name. I am totally disgusted with BHF. I took in a very substantial amount to our local branch which had been donated at my husbands funeral. Despite about three emails and comment on their website I still haven't had a response, let alone a thank you. Never again will I donate to this organisation.

I would like to inform people that the response by BHF is appalling, l have tried to call them to find out who of my friends have donated at mr birthday party so that l can thank them but after two calls to customer service and a further call today which after 15 minutes had not been answered l give up. I will not be supporting them in the future

I would just to say how appalling the service is from the Blacburn branch. I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago to collect a good quality wardrobe and bedside cabinet, no one turned up despite 3 phone calls I made assuring me they were on their way. Rebooked for today 24th 2 phone calls from me assuring me they were in the area no show. Stayed in for 2 full days and not one call from them so its the end of our long relationship with BHF.

I had a meeting on the 4th floor, and was very impressed by the jazzy, modern internal features with high security. The external parts are worth taking a second look at. My ancient uncle remembers this huge building being the 'Black Cat' brand cigarette factory many years back. It has two huge black cat statues guarding the entrance, with Egyptian styled columns painted in bright jewel colours, easily spotted from way down the road. There are bus stops closer by to take you to Camden area, or towards central London, just minutes away.
