Thanks very much to Firoze at the Camden branch, I am so pleased with my new carpets.Great customer service - Firoze was very patient with me with all my questions and changing my mind a couple of times. He attended to all my changes with a smile despite being unwell that day. I will not hesitate to go back to Carpetright for any new carpets or any other flooring needs. Amazing!This is the 2nd time I've used this branch, and they've been absolutely wonderful.It's worth mentioning names.I just wanted to say a big thanks to:Jelani (sales) - top customer service.Rohan (Surveyor) - came on a rainy day and did the measurements quick and efficiently.Nusret (Fitting) - very friendly called and communicated a day before to explain time and plan. The job was done to a high standard.Will definitely be recommending you all to family and friends!
