To begin with this review I just wan to say that I have been here many times, regular customer, the staff does not let me charge my battery. Comparing cORAL to Labrokes(many branches London wide) is like 2 different worlds. Every time I am in Ladborkes I feel like I am at home but here in this particular store it is not the same. Fix up.

They will accept a customer bet but won't pay any winnings. All of a sudden customers are told bet is late.

Just came here for the first time today lovely new furniture and fittings beautiful big screens lovely atmosphere cashiers and staff very friendly only draw back no toilet but all in all rate it 9/10
