This is an awkward Marks & Spencer’s, & very hard to manoeuvre around. I find there isn’t a massive selection, and even for a convenience shop in central London, it’s quite expensive for what it is. The staff are very nice and helpful, but I do find late at night there are people who can be quite drunk in the queue, which isn’t fair or pleasant on the staff or the other customers.

Good store, good staff, good deals. What more could you ask for?

Excellent selection, Friendly staff, Good ambiance, well organized food sections, satisfactory self checkouts + cashier service, filling up items is done very professionally, gets crowded on Friday, overpriced as you'd expect from M&S. Staff is very helpful in directing you to sections and in case of any problem, supervisor or manager resolves it immediately.

Very busy location but well stocked and cashier lines move quickly. Nice selection of sandwiches, salads, etc. for a quick meal on the fly. A little pricey on individual bags of snacks like nuts and dried fruit.

The usual M&S quality, and given the prices the rubbish fast food joints charge, a bargain for central London. Good meal deals with large bottles of juice and water. Pleasant staff. Dashing for a train and just want to grab something to eat? Dash in here (and definitely not Burger King!)
