Santander security officers not doing anything about scam the take 3 years my money from account, I called today again and said the scam today take 4 payment and now account is on minus, wanted close my bank account because not can anymore deal with scam, I asked and said you needed pay for SCAMS and then close your account, so that how work Santander security people worse bank.

STAY AWAY at all cost!!! You will thank me after! SANTANDER stole my money! Sold my property in Swindon, kept my money in the bank (over £50k) one day got a letter with a check for my savings account (£0.53) telling they closed my account but cannot tell me why! The second cheque never arrived! After hundreds of phone calls and complaints and 10 weeks time don't even tell me what's going on! Customer service says they sent both cheques, complaints department saying there is no such information on my account! Obviously never sent me the cheque, decided to keep the money or someone in their office stole it. Cannot cancel the old one cause they don't know what happened to it, so cannot give me a new one! Don't have an access to my money since August, all they telling me is sorry! Would give them 0 stars if i could. Horrible customer service, terrible relationship with customer! I'm taking the last option is to take them to court to get the problem sorted.

I spent two hours of mobile phone calls from overseas trying to contact the right person to talk to. The call centre staff can only answer calls which I believe are given by computer screens. Terrible service and cost a fortune in overseas phone calls. Transfered my money to a bank with better communication skills!

10 stars The way yuor advisor help me today was unbelievable I can?t believe good people stil exist. Nicola is best employee at Santander I ever spoke to and truly help me more than I ever expected. Best bank for vulnerable people I wish was a strong word for thank you because thank you not enough for what you did for me today. God bless I wish could rate this even hire because you have given me hope and belief in good people when public authorities and government take that all away from us everyday.

I use this branch on the way home as it?s very convenient to deposit cash, but over the weekend it was only accepting cheques.I don?t understand why it was not accepting cash, surely can?t be full
