I have emailed them 5 times since December and contacted them via Instagram. They have got back in touch once and have ignored all other contact. Terrible customer service!

I came in to Hampton Court Zizzi - WITH A MASK ON (FULLY COMPLIANT) - offered to write my details down. The manager said 'no' that I needed to use the QR code and I refused to use my phone to do so.\\n\\nI asked the manager 'what happens if someone does not have a phone one them?'\\n\\nShe responded with 'then we will not serve you as it is government regulation'......ACTUALLY IT'S NOT - It is NOT government regulation to have a smart phone to eat in a restaurant - all other restaurants - including Zizzi Kingston - allowed written details to be given.\\n\\nDisgusting behaviour.

My name samimI work zizzi but they just chiting with worker , manager or chef . They not write staff perfect hours every week . I worked sant Catherine dock .I went resturant and personally ask them problem .its injustify also I leave work December . I not get my payslips from company .chef Javier send me one but it's duplicate . Can I know where can I complain about it please . Thank you

Contacted customer service and got no reply. Their spin to win promotion often does not work, and as soon as people reached a certain amount of points to claim a voucher they were withdrawn.

We approached zizzi at wesfields shepherds bush and requested to be served for 5 people and were refused service by the staff and the manageres who were Eastern European, very rude and practically threw us out and their excuse was that they were short staffed
We even were prepared to wait for 20min to order the food
If this is the case then these people should not be working in the food hospitality industry it sounded hostility
I will never come to this restaurant again and never suggest to anyone to go there
Zizzi is a big chain but unfortunately your staff are very narrow minded and rude rude rude

Pretty poor food, I've never said to a waiter the food was crap until now.
