Every week my company order items worth hundreds of pounds to collect here. It will be the last be last. Ether myself or supervisors have been collecting the orders raised for the past year. Until last week my supervisor called with an issue collecting. The staff wanted extra proof of the order. With hesitation and a half hour later the order was collected.Today I went myself, i did the usual Ipad the order code then go to collect. The staff wanted the name of the person who ordered their post code i gave this extra information with a picture of the order. I was told i needed to prove the identity of the person who ordered.After a long long wait i managed to get the company to call Screwfix. They said an email and the card detail should do. I showed the card & email and the staff said this is not proof.I was shocked by this attitude.I explained that this was the second time this happened and who ever trained the staff may need to clarify to them.This order held up 12 people whom I had working, waiting for the items.I will express to my company not to do any further purchases with Screwfix in future.

Really poor customer service. Went there with an order. Was told that the order was to be collected today and the member of staff didn?t check properly and I had to tell them specifically that the SMS had said that it was ready for collection. I specifically picked Canning Town as it was the quickest for my job. They finally brought my order out without an apology. They couldn?t care less. The staff need retraining.

19th November - morning shift Gary was not very pleased to talk to. First he was talking to his colleagues behind the counter not acknowledging the queue. Then when I reached him, he straight asked me when I ordered. I said yesterday and he said "it is not here". Well my dear Gary, if you would have read the confirmation message and have not made assumptions in advance you would have seen that the item was in stock and my message was confirming that the item is ready for pick-up. Be nice to people and smile more, you are paid for it.

This has always been my favourite store. The staff are always really friendly and welcoming. But today they really went the extra mile! I entered the store at 5:58pm. They served me with a smile. Felt soo bad as it was closing time. Even double checked items for me. Thanks a million Fizul and Mathew (sorry if I spelt this wrong)

Although the ethernet cable didn?t do nothing for my computer, I still appreciated the good service from screwfix. I called the customer care service and reported that the cable actually made my internet connection slower and they were happy for me to return the cable. I appreciated their overall friendly approach. 3 stars for their service: The cable was available to be picked up in store immediately after purchased online, their service in person was quick and return policy also good.

It's screwfix. What do you expect?Jist the customer service is poor i believe. Always have to wait. The staff are too busy talking to each other. They take forever to get your order.

Been shopping ages there. Now they got these tablets which are sooooo slow, waste of time to load evry time and tge employee can't help finding the items on his system as he is so busy standing there waiting for 4 customers to send tge orders via tablet.. Who is dumb enough to hava a tablet connected via internet or wifi to 10's of thousands of products. Use a PC and screen under a kiosk with higher RAM and data input to speed processing data, wont cost £400 each. Better Wiks nowSo annoying wasting all this time for me to leave empty handed and tablet bloody loading .....
