i got severed by the man at the counter i was putting to an vape an kept on giving me different ones and saying there wasn?t anymore when i clearly saw that the vape was there cuz i point at it ?. Then he tried serving this another man when i was still talking to him overall he had such an bad attitude ?????

Please please please don?t waste your time sending parcels here. Especially collect plus. Went to this store 3 times as I had the dhl notification it was there with a picture of my item on the till. They told me they cant give me my item without a barcode. One time I went back to the store and had DHL on the phone and I know they were talking about me in their language like im a fool and I dont know. Imagine talking about me and it turns out you made the mistake not me! Fast forward 4 days later and hours on the phone and online messenger to ebay, the seller, collect plus and dhl. Money, time and petrol wasted collect plus informed me this morning they never scanned the delivery in!I wouldn?t normally be so furious but this was for a car part booked in to be repaired, needless to say that had to be rescheduled. Just do yourself a favour and don?t send your parcels here for your own sanity!

really poor service!!! I ve received the parcel to the shop but the cashier never bothered to scan the parcel so I never received the bar code. When I called them they disconnected couple of times... the items is still with the shop but they dont accept hermes tracking number nor they bother to even scan it so I can collect it....

Worst place to get your parcels delivered. The staff are so unprofessional and lie. I went in to collect a parcel as it was next day delivery I paid for. The staff at the Budgens shop told me that my parcel had not arrived when I gave my name at the till point. I disputed this as I stated I got the confirmation of delivery for next day and showed my ID but they rudely refused to check and said it hadn?t arrived so I left confused and disappointed as I paid for next day delivery. When I called the company I ordered from originally to do the delivery to Budgens as a collect plus store the company told me that my parcel had been delivered and gave me the time which had actually been before I went to the Budgens to go and collect it. What happened really was the staff did not want to bother to scan my item as that would mean they would have to physically go and look for my parcel in the shop. They wasted my time travelling here and I had to go back a few days later on my day off to go and get my parcel when it was in the shop the first time round. Really unprofessional, lazy and dishonest people who run this store. Won?t deliver my parcels here again. Disgraceful low class service.

This shop is so small and packed you can hardly walk around it without crashing into some other person or something on the floor.. I've never found the staff very helpful or polite...all in all a messy cramped shop that not enjoyable to be in!

Purchased from eBay and seller used Yodel so I had it delivered to Budgens Carshalton? when it was over a week late I queried with seller who confirmed it was delivered to Budgens 3 days earlier - I went to collect but had no collection reference etc, showed the manager my eBay messages and proof of postage/tracking through yodel and after about 30 mins he eventually said he would help me on this occasion and give me the parcel, if I had ID he would send me the collection code! He did something on his machine which generated an e-mail to me from eBay to say my parcel was ready to collect which also gave me the collection code which is what he had been asking me for the whole time - HE SHOULD HAVE GENERATED THAT WHEN HE RECEIVED THE PARCEL FROM YODEL 3 days ago!!! I couldn?t get him to understand that?s what he should have done, left with my parcel eventually but won?t ever have anything delivered there again!Also so full of stock and no space between aisles, boxes everywhere - health and safety trip hazard at every turn - I?m all for supporting local businesses but not at the risk of breaking a limb!!!
