“I love this class because the instructor David is such a cheerful and encouraging individual. He tailors the class to meet our individual needs by demonstrating different versions of each exercise dependent upon each person's situation.I find that I have improved in my ability to do these exercises as I have attended regularly and am now able to take my stretches and moves to a higher level than when I first started. I actually fit into my clothes more comfortably now.All of this has given me a real sense of well being and achievement. As a result my mental health has improved and I look forward each week to seeing and saying hello to other regulars in the class. We are a community.”
