Really good toy section to meet every budget, came in for gifts and snacks. Only one till open and long queue, so had to wait a while to be served. Located inside a retail park and has ample parking outside.They sell good range of toys. Food, clothes and household items.

The aisles are quite small and messy, where there are stock trolleys in the way. Due to this issue, I had to help a customer in a wheelchair to get through the aisles. Adding on, customer services is not the best as they are not helpful what so ever. Accessibility needs to certainly improve for wheel chair users.

Nice place to shop, somewhat messy in appearance, staff don't look happy working there. They should get there act together and make this place look more presentable giving the customers a good shopping experience. One manager(supervisor) is very rude and obnoxious to her own staff even to customers surprisingly. For a very popular British based company I'm amazed that this store has let down is customer tragically.

Horrible experience they only had one till open and serving 10 people at the same time. Store manager cutting costs by hiring very few people and customers have to wait in a long que due to one till.

It not B&M store anymore, this is now Asian grocery, called "MASALA BAZAR ".New, but big, need more time to be better.1st floor has a Caffe but panzabi samusa was frozen inside, coffee quality is not very good bit runny.

Prices are Fair. A Wide range of products from food to cleaning supplies, stationery...etc. Staff are polite and friendly.
