Big shout out to the incredible team at Topps Tiles Charlton. I?ve spent thousands of pounds in this store over the past 5 years. Each visit, I am welcomed by a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team. In years gone by, Barbara always took good care of my orders and now Sunil is doing an incredible job. I give one star because I can?t give zero, appalling customer service. Just came out of the shop someone had split a big bucket of paint in front of the shop. I had paint all over my shoes, car tyres, I asked for some tissues in the shop, they said they have none, and ir was not their problem ir responsibility. They said they are not going to put any sign to avoid the same happening to next customers and they did not give us any tissue although they had it behind the counter. Very rude, unprofessional and unkind. Next time I?ll go to Wicks

Joe Haughncy was able to source some broken tiles which I had bought from Topps 8 yrs back. He was helpful and went out of his way to get me the items to repair my bathroom tiles.

Raj and Barbara at Topps Tiles Charlton are simply amazing. Raj was extremely helpful and knowledgable.Barbara is simply one of the most lovely, good vibes people I have ever spoken to on the phone. Helpful, Loving, responsive, attentive. Deserves 10 stars if that would be possible. I wish them both the best. Namaste

Lovely store. Barbara is so friendly and helpful, and she recommended the tile colours and sizes; the tiles which I received are absolutely gorgeous. I redid my kitchen and bathrooms and the rooms are so lovely.

I've bought the floor tiles for my kitchen and now I can't wait to get started. There was alot of choice there, very clean and tidy, very helpful, friendly staff, with excellent advice. I'm definitely going back there for the wall tiles, I've already chosen those, they'll go beautifully with the floor tiles. Great place to shop. And Barbara, who helped us was very pleasent and a beautiful person. I gave her some strange messurements and she had it all worked out within minutes. I left VERY happy indeed. Thank you Barbara. X

I would give less starts if it was possible, the service we received in branch was so frustrating - if you want help and advise on tiles or even if you want to place an order it is not the place to do so. The staff member gave me the incorrect price for a product, told us it was in stock, didn't give me any help to load them in my car once I got them into my car they were obviously the wrong tiles! No help in solving the problem, had to bring them back ourselves and they 'ordered in' the correct ones. Our builder collected them and of course when I got home to see the tiles that had been put down in our bathroom were of course incorrect and completely different to the sample in-store and images online.
