Have reported the atrocious customer received from this disorganised joke of a store with no real management handling the disorganised queues. I arrived 5 mins early on the off chance that my iphone would be ready for collection - (4pm) and they didnt bother to check. They said, it could be here or might not be here, I said you need to check. They told me to wait, I waited 10 mins, and they didn't keep me posted, they told me its being off loaded as delivery was late. THey continued serving other customers and I asked them to get my iphone or ill file a complaint, they ignored me, I then had to raise my voice abit, then they checked, they gave me the phone, with no receipt no apology and the woman said, "be patient", I told her to not give me any attitude. I then came home and filed a complaint on this shoddy service. I might file a police report on the indian woman who gave me attitude, as I quite rightly asserted myself, to find out where my phones at.

Returned an item bought within ten days because of experiencing problems. Sam a lady so called ?manager !!? Told me to call the supplier my self. She was rude and made her own rule ignored my request and ignored the Argos t&c. Argos term and condition clearly says if thar product is faulty or damaged within 30 days. The worst service ever I had in my life like many more others experienced in this store.

Terrible Customer Service from "apparently" The Manager - Mak & The Till Boy - Sufyan, who refused my return of an airbed, Mak suggested I record myself putting soapy water on it, to prove there wasn't a hole! Absolute madness ? When checking the reviews, it seems to be a common issue, these beds are not holding the air! I went to Loughton Argos , who happily issued a refund.

Horrible exchange process at this store. After being told by Argos webchat to take the faulty item which was still under warranty back to the store for an exchange, i was told by Surfan the clerk behind the desk that the fault wasn't manufacturer related (when it clearly was) and he wouldn't exchange it. When i offered to show the webchat transcript which mentioned that the item could be returned at any store without problems, he had the audacity to tell me that he had nothing to do with customer service and the final decision to exchange the item was up to him. I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor or anyone else for that matter and he wouldn't let me, saying that he was the supervisor (which he clearly wasn't) and that there was no one else available when i could clearly see other employees back in the warehouse. I called Argos customer support on the phone from the store itself. They asked to speak with the clerk to ask why the product wasn't being accepted for exchange. But the clerk refused to speak with them. I took the product to the edmonton retail park store where they exchanged it within minutes. As mentioned by numerous other reviews, this store clearly has a major problem accepting returns / exchanges and lacks employee training and customer support. And this particular clerk clearly has a major attitude problem dealing with customers.

Shocking customer service. Including the manager.I had to return a faulty product with original packaging and proof of purchase (within a week). After waiting for them patiently for 10 mins - couldn?t test fully it in the store, so they came up with the idea that it wasn?t faulty and if I still insist it?s faulty I have to take it further with the manufacturer.I tried to explain that you need to fully test it for it to see it leaks and it?s damaged but they couldn?t care.I don?t recommend and I will certainly never go there again.

Went to return an air fryer, only had it for three days. Bought it and realised it was the wrong one, didn?t use it, plug and everything wrapped as normal. Manager refused because of the see through plastic film around box was ripped. He opened it up behind the counter, out of eye-sight. So we had to lean over to watch him. Looked online nothing in the terms and conditions on website coincide with the policy he was upholding, the website claimed certain items would have ?daggers? in the catalogue and that wasn?t applicable to what we was returning, took it to another store and it got returned in minutes. I don?t know what the politics are with returned stock and how that affects their money but that?s not the customers business or concern. That is the only logical reason I could think of why he gave us a hard time.

Very disappointed went to the store on my last 2 visits absolute bad customer service waited in line and there were 2 new girls that don?t know anything just standing and chit chatting and on my second encounter I returned a desk and the Asian lad didn't accept my refund sayings it?s been used so Argos Walthamstow refunded for me much more professional avoid at all cost this Chingford Argos

Staff are extremely unprofessional and rude and the manager is completely useless. I went in for a simple return of a faulty item at 10am, was told to come back to see a manager at 3pm. Item was checked by 3 members of staff who all confirmed it was fine. I was there for 1hr and due to the managers incompetence the return was not done, I had to go to a different branch (they did it in 2mins with no issue) to complete the return. Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Only if i could give no stars. Very unprofessional people working here, especially the manager. Had an issue for a week trying to return something. Customer services also been contacted, i was told i can refund with no issues. In store i was still told i cant do a return until i made another complaint as i saw the worker having airpods in her ears while shes working under her head scarf. The manager told me he will refund me all of a sudden. Did not know how to issue a refund and i told him customer services advised me to call them so they can guide him on how to refund mevia Klarna. He raised is voice at me saying ?You cant tell me how to do my job? i took a video and she went to the back and took her airpod off.

The Manager (Hanaa) at the Chingford store is racist and rude, each time time I visit the store she refuses to serve me at the till. Today when I attempted to return an item she got annoyed in the presence of staff and customers and stated that ?I will see how you get a refund, I will make sure you dont?. Upon going to another Argos store I was provided a full refund. Avoid this store as Manager is unprofessional and a disgrace to Argos.
