Was interested in using them, but after seeing them use ONE wet cloth/rag to clean the lower part of the car AND THE ALLOYS..absolutely no chance. Even the most basic cleaner/detailer would never ever do that !! Have video proof in case they try to comment otherwise.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! They have caused this damage to my car and are refusing to do anything about it. Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

On advertising says underbody/undercarriage wash, but is wrong. They don't do that kind of washing.

The guys here work hard and do a pretty decent job. I always spot a few minor niggles upon leaving - but they're not really worth arguing about. I guess you tend to do this when it's your vehicle.Today, I turned up with an absolutely disgustingly filthy Mercedes. It hadn't been washed for over eight months. Usually, the price would be £18. They asked for £30. We agreed on £25.Decent blokes - and a decent job all things considered.

Best experience so far!!! Impressive Car Detailing at a very reasonable price ?I've been to many car washes over the last few months, always wanting to find the sweet spot between customer service, professional car cleaning and price. Happy to report that this place actually has the whole package! On the side of things the staff is respectful, responsible and open to suggestions and different questions.5 stars place for me ?????

Worst experience ever. I asked them to the the gold club cleaning. When I took my car back, the interior was only hoovered. The mats were not cleaned at all. I even found rubbish in a very visible place that was not removed. The roof of my car on the outside was not cleaned at all. When I came home, I called and left a message. They didn't even call me back to apologise. I won't be going back for sure.

Usually fantastic and great value, but after paying for the Gold service, I came home to find they hadn't cleaned and hoovered the boot. Make sure you check everything before you go!Really poor.

Very good service. Took there time doing the job. Didn't rush. Stayed late to finish it off. Very friendly and caring staff. Happy to clean things you point out.Just a small note. The little leather stitching gaps on the seats. Maybe brush or pressure air them before hoovering. To get the little bits . That's me being picky.Andy was amazing. Caring and very helpful.Would definetely recommend.I got the gold wash. Was very impressed overall!

I cannot thank Barclay and the team enough for the finish on my friends BMW - it is superb. The car is 14 years old and looks better than new. Honeslty don?t know why I bother going there. The young guy who is there is always sooo rude. Unless you have a nice car they don?t give a! Also there was a new lad there which I haven?t seen before and the way the other chap spoke to him was horrible !They literally try to rip you off and do half the job!!! Despite you waiting at least 30Minutes they don?t Hoover or clean the car?. I?ve attached pictures as proof! Don?t bother going!!!It?s not the first time I?ve been here but had enough so posting a review for everyone to know.They didn?t even clear my gear stick!!!! Or Hoover the sides!! You pay £20 for nothing!

Excellent service. This is not the place to go if you want a quick 5 minute job, but is the place to go if you want a top job and attention to detail.I got the gold package + hand waxing which took about 45 minutes. The team were extremely attentive and took their time going through each step, checking it over and over, treating it as if it were their own car. Cleaning materials were all fresh, preventing grit and dirt from previous jobs scratching any paint work.Their goal is to do the best job, not the fastest job, and it's something they achieve. Great job, great service, and very friendly team. Would recommend.Services: Full body wash
