The store is nice and bright with plenty of stock.Biggest problem was that the staff were happier talking amongst themselves rather than helping customers. I was in the shop 10 minutes with every intention of buying a £300 pair of headphones but wasn't helped.I left and got them elsewhere.When the service is this poor why go in store. Buy on line.

Absolutely horrific experience with their care and repair team. I have been paying for insurance on my laptop since 2016/2017 and have taken the item to be repaired. I was told to contact the team and they told me that there was liquid damage found (i have never spilt anything on the laptop) and that they will not be fixing the item. I requested to send it for an appeal and they told me to send it back to the shop. I do just that. I wait and call three times chasing it and am told that there?s no update and they will call me to discuss it then i get a message saying that they will not be fixing my laptop. There was no communication and i was not contacted. When i call up they tell me that the item was never opened and checked the first repair as they had logged the item incorrectly. Yet they told me that they had opened it and checked so had lied to me. I was then told that the appeals process that they told me to follow was incorrect. Everyone i speak to tells me something different. Their appeals process is absurd and they?ll do anything to not repair your item or make sure you?re paying insurance for no reason. DO NOT PAY FOR INSURANCE UNDER CURRYS THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO NOT FIX THE ITEM OR PAY OUT THEY ARE LIARS.

They didn?t display any of the affordable kettles or show their price tags and the displayed prices was wrong on two items I brought, one i asked for a price check and the other didn?t notice till after I paid.

I had a very lovely experience with the staff on my recent visit and wanted to show appreciation for the staff members at Chingford Curry's. Roksana was there to help me with my questions and did not refrain from engaging in nice ideas for my potential desk set up. I hope she will get the recognition she deserves!

Attended the Curry?s in Chingford and brought a microwave. We were at the full area for roughly 10 minutes until we got served, this was due to the staff assisting a customer.The staff was very friendly and apologised for the wait. We made the purchase and due to the size and weight of the microwave, my uncle kindly carried the microwave. The exit from the store is right behind us.As we walked out the store the security asked to see our receipt. I handed this to the security, however found it odd that he had observed us purchasing the microwave, and in addition to this, we did not see him ask any other person for their receipt. I asked him why he was asking to see my receipt he responded that he asks everyone. Which is not true.I stated that I was raising a complaint as we had been in the store for a while and he had not stopped anyone. I expressed that it was embarrassing and humiliating.I spoke to the staff who apologised and provided me with the customer service number as they do not take complaints via writingI thanked the staff and left. I called Curry?s the following day and raised my complaint, I was informed that someone will be in contact within 48hrs. It has nearly been 2weeks and no one has contacted me. It?s shocking that Curry?s do not take complaints of racial profiling seriously

Walked in to ask about an air cooler I saw the day before but they were no longer out on display, the lady behind the counter did a few checks and said nothing was available and killed the enquiry with a blank expression and silence only to be saved by another staff member who went out his way to check in other stores whether the had it in stock and it was the case Enfield branch had them in stock so my 5* goes to the young man who assisted me with my query and retained a sale after almost losing it

We often shop from this branch. Ghazala was amazing to deal with, gave us advice and made the whole prices more pleasant. Because we ended up buying many things, she even applied a discount after asking the manager. There was also a Samsung rep who was of MASSIVE help. He didn?t give us his name just so we don?t feel obliged to give him credit but I give credit where credit is do. He showcased the product, explained thoroughly and was very pleasant. We ended up buying a Samsung vacuum instead of Dyson. And he even helped us get another vacuum from another brand for our outside area. Great experience, keep up the good work guys ?

I had the best experience yesterday when I went to Currys to sort out my phone contract. OMG!! Roksi, what an efficient and helpful staff!! She was friendly and dealt with me in a professional manner and at the same time, her energy was second to none!! Girl keep rocking your stuff!! Currys would be crazy to lose staff such as yourself!! Well done yesterday!!

Had to return a fridge that a client didn't like and was dreading the process. A young manager in store made it stress free, and we purchased a much more expensive fridge because of his can do attitude.

Curry?s damaged the countertop when delivering a dishwasher. This was reported and after 2 weeks of no communication we spent over an hour on the phone, being passed through 5 different teams, to be told that they couldn?t do anything and to try again a few days later. Absolute dismal customer service regarding damage to our property by their staff, and zero care.

I went in looking for a locker room padlock and came across a employee called Mohammed. He said they didn?t have any but gave me his spare padlock that he had carried with him in his bag. Genuinely appreciated the king gesture. Made my day!

We entered the store at 10am and left at 11:15 due to being told to wait several times , we only wanted to buy a fridge and a cooker but ended up waiting for 30-45 minutes and did not end up getting any help because of the shortages of staff not only this but there were staff at the lower area but they were just standing around and talking .I understand there may be shortage of workers,however, it is unacceptable to have customers waiting for that long of a period of time whilst others are doing nothing. In addition to this we asked multiple times for help but were put next. The manager needs to take more initiative with their colleagues and aim to have people that want to help, not standtaround.we are extremely unhappy with the customer support.
