Great service, mimi was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again. If you?re in Putney then I would recommend coming here for a drink or two. Reasonably priced and nice chilled atmosphere.

A very, very tired place to stay which questions it?s description as a ?hotel?. The staircase smells of damp and not just a bit. The reception team, far from a welcome when we arrived, we were more of a distraction amongst the chaos for the two people located on a very disorganised reception area. The rooms are so dated, not even a coat of paint could fix the problems. The ?Grim-Inn? not a Premier Inn would be a better description. Whitbread, this is not your finest glory, you?d do better to rebrand, or carry out a refurbishment from the foundations up. We paid £164.00 for one night, so not even cheap. Come on you can do so much better than this.

No surprises - all as expected and experienced on previous occasions. Outside area looks rather shabby, giving a poor impression even before you enter the building. Inside areas could do with refurbishing, but cleanliness not compromised.

I thought I ought to post another review after the slating I gave the place last year. I assume it is under new management as this was much better although we didn't have an evening meal with them this time (never again!!) The air con wasn't working (not sure if it ever did since we were there last year!) but the room was great and on the 2nd floor this time. And we could open the windows so we could get in some fresh air anyway - yay!! The staff were great, very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious, as it always is at a Premier Inn to be fair. So much happier on this trip - love the location of this Premier Inn, we had a lovely wander along the river on the Craven Cottage side on one day, and then off to visit the WWT (wetlands trust) the next day, which we have only just discovered is within walking distance of the hotel as well. A lovely italian restaurant about 10 minutes walk away - just a 20 minute tube trip to Westminster, what's not to like?!

We stayed at the Premier Inn for convenience and a few hassle-free days and weren't disappointed. The double bed was very comfy as advertised, but we'd requested a twin room and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. I have told Premier Inn this. It would benefit from a mattress topper when being used as a bed. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and were happy to address any problems. We didn't think we'd bother with breakfast at the hotel, but the buffet style and choices available made it worthwhile - if you pay for the hot meal, you can pick the continental items as well. The coffee was nice too.

Stayed two nights with my daughters and everyone at the hotel so friendly. Helping with tube stations and things to do. Plus hotel very clean. Reception so friendly and rooms very clean. Great location to travel to central London from and also close to Fulham for dinner out. Will stay here in the future.

Used this hotel for a couple of nights to attend an event at Fulham Palace. A great location close to the station, opposite a lovely park and a stone?s throw from the River Thames. The room was a great size with the most comfortable mattress and pillows I?ve ever slept on. Breakfast was good and all staff were friendly. The price for 2 nights was incredible value for money. The only slight negative was that all of the parking spaces on site were booked up. However I used an app to park on a residential drive very close to the hotel which was great. I will 100% use this hotel again when staying at Putney Bridge and would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice location, just a couple of minutes too underground/buses. Hotel need some renovation. Airondition didn't work (we got email about it before arrival), had to sleep with windows open, caused some noise (especially airplanes)

Worst service I've ever received from premier inns, I stay all over London, this is by far the worst. Waited an age to check in, only to be met with disdain by the receptionist who I was clearly inconveniencing by trying to check in, only 3 tables in the restaurant but only 1 chef so was told they were too busy!! No apology, no understanding, disgraceful, I will NEVER book here again. Avoid like the plague

great consistent service on Putney bridge hotel not " a looker" but usal features inside. Ideal to use the Thames clippers for a trip into town. Putney good place nice small eateries, a "spoons" locally if you prefer, good Youngs and Wadworths pubs locally.

There are good examples of the Premier Inn chain, this isn't one of them. Externally it is a drab and uninviting façade, this theme is continued inside with decor that is in need of a refresher. We arrived at 14:10 and were advised that there is a £10 early check in fee, check in is 15:00. Our room on the 2nd floor was hot for the duration of our 2 night stay, luckily we did have a fan, which helped, but the air conditioning was weak and seemed to shut itself off at night. There was no in-room safe, which I think is pretty poor in this day and age, there is a kettle for tea and coffee, a hairdryer and some soap/shampoo. There are 3 coat hooks, this is a welcome addition and should be a standard feature for hotel rooms. An oddity we discovered was that you must request housekeeping to attend your room, we weren't charged for this, but it all leads to the overall feeling of being charged more for less. We had breakfast only once, at £11 per adult, it feels like if you don't have kids then you are subsidising those who do. The self service buffet style is the usually fare, but there didn't seem to be enough. The space allocated to breakfast is far too small for the quantity of guests, at 08:30 it was a chaotic affair, although the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located close to the tube and just off Putney bridge, it is also very close to a nice traditional pub.

Value budget hotel great breakfasts perfect location for us, kids are free for breakfast, £10 breakfast excellent value for money great choice of foods - the only downside is it looks very shabby from the outside but great inside
