At the end of February 2020 I rehomed a gorgeous cat who, through no fault of his own, had needed to live indoors in the RSPCA Essex Southwest cattery for over a year. Basically he'd already done his own version of lockdown which must have been tough as he's a friendly cat who absolutely loves to be in the fresh air. I could tell the team really cared for and loved him though and I felt lucky to be his ongoing carer. Dave in particular from the Essex South-West team has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the adoption process and follow up. A very happy ending.

I'm an APBC behaviourist and I just saw the manager handle a very scared big and potentially dangerous dog Worj such skill and care. She's brilliant.
