I visited today to help a family member with their banking. This family member has dementia and in the past I’ve had many problems with banks.

I hate having to go into this branch, I try and normally do everything I need to online if possible, rather than having to use it, which is a pitty. 2 out of the last 3 times I have used them they have made a mistake and dealing with them to correct it or even get an apology is futile.
