I hate having to go into this branch, I try and normally do everything I need to online if possible, rather than having to use it, which is a pitty. 2 out of the last 3 times I have used them they have made a mistake and dealing with them to correct it or even get an apology is futile. I should change banks but I don't want t see local branches closing, if only for the sake of the elderly and local businesses, however if they make another mistake I have no choice but to change.
