I wanted to write this review to say how amazing the Manger of Sue Ryder Chingford is. We had an item that needed to be collected today for a Halloween party tonight and Comic-Con tomorrow. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the shop did not open today. I then asked on the local Fb group about the shop closure. This is when Mandy replied and said she would come and open the shop for me to collect the item. She came from out of the area and went above and beyond to make sure that I received the item. That?s what you call super customer service and her kindness was so appreciated. Thank you Mandy ?

You're selling a used (possibly fake) Michael Kors bag for more than retail price for a new one (my new one gift wrapped cost less than the price they're selling a very used bag) their prices are wildly off.

Mandy and Claire plus all the other staff are very helpful and happy, always greet you with a smile. The turnover of donations always means that my wife is constantly popping in either to buy or donate.

Fantastic charity shop, great inventive window displays and friendly staff. Manager Mandy is knowledgeable and approachable. I often visit and have got some great finds :)
