Walk in today to buy some groceries and was in a rush when came to till Woman name Sadaf was very rude she demanded in a rude way to say that I am rude for not saying please give me the receipt, and then in a broken Asian accent said I am asking for trouble. she acted as if she owns Tesco , I was respectful but I had to mention to her how to treat customers and just because I said or didn?t say please doesn?t mean I am rude may be should have thought I was busy or have bad day , obviously she was not trained by Tesco I will process a complaint as I come to this Tesco every time.

Dear Tesco Manage at express Chingford mount road E4, Your employee Sadaf has been very rude to my elderly mum we will make an official complaint as my mum suffer from heart attack only few months ago and now she is very upset by what happened to her by your employee Sadaf whom represent Tesco. Now my mum won?t go to this store as it is close to her house.

Walked in this Tesco express at Chingford mount, and the manager started screaming at me to get out. Excuse me of stealing, and when I told him that you got the wrong person, he persisted to scream at me so I told him to call the police. He didn?t and carried on

Nice store i am not in often but i get for a smaller store pretty good choice and some really good offers especially related to festival anniversary's and christmas easter ect.Now have motorised w/chair might be much easier to get around!Plus all of the staff hear are wonerous and this includes Security-Consourge.Lovely Store.

I just wanted to drop my parcel And the staff told me We didn't allowed a moterbike helmet inside a Tesco & I told her there was no sign of helmet that helmet is not allowed inside a store

The store is quite nice on the inside, but the range of available products is quite bad and definitely needs improvement.

They stole my mother's money! We went there to purchase 2 loaves of bread and fresh milk. Went to the only cashier that seemed to be working, a young guy who gave us the impression that he didn't want to be working there. Altogether it came to £2.15, my mother gave him £10, should've been given £7.85. Instead the cashier put on the receipt, change given FIVE POUNDS, and only gave £2.85 change. We were in a rush to leave the shop as we don't like staying in a store too long with COVID 19 etc. It was only after we had left and walked off home that my mother counted her change and spotted the error. She then went back and demanded the correct change back. The cashier's answer to her was to kiss his teeth and ask my mum why didn't she check her own change! Well excuse me if we think it is the responsibility of the CASHIER to do THEIR JOB and give the correct change corresponding to the cash that was given to them. Thank God for taking and not throwing away the receipt! If you have to shop here- it is a miserable experiencing anyways- always pay cashless! You have been warned. Currently writing an email of complaint to Tesco's head office. Use the Sainsbury's around the corner instead- better customer service.

Security guard is on door but still letting irresponsible people in store without masks?When it is mandatory law that face masks must be worn entering and inside stores during a pandemic.Social distancing?Must do better.

I would just like to say I?m often in your store as I?m a local resident. I find most of your staff good.
Your security guard Hassan. He is truly an asset to your store. He is always welcoming and always says thank you as I?m leaving wishing me a good day and to stay safe. Hassan really is a ray of sunshine in these testing times.

Rude staff apart from the security guard and the female manager, the shop always stinks of mould and no surprise as I found mouldy grapes but they were still in date! Told management who were disgustingly rude to me he was getting visibly angry for some weird reason too! Anyway the next day comes so I go back only to find that the grapes looked as though they'd all been re arranged but somehow there were more than one packet of mouldy IN date grapes still in there!! Disgusting shop, steer clear!!
