Incredibly rude customer service. Despite a couple of calls I made over the space of 3 days to inquire about my order for collection, the lady on the phone grew increasingly rude and impatient with each interaction. While I appreciate that I would receive an email notification when my order is ready, the tone of voice and attitude displayed were wholly unacceptable. It is well within my rights as a customer to seek updates on my order without being yelled at aggressively.

I had a very last minute paint order and a key mixer wasn?t available. Sherrie quickly helped me identify an alternate mixer so I could get the full order filled. Kerit mixed it right away and I was back home with 10 minutes to spare. Thanks!!

Very rude and condescending staff. Offered no advice and just wanted to close their store. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Brilliant service around choosing paint colours and type needed for my exterior doors. A wealth of expertise from Darren meant I got the exact match for a vintage colour. Service is repeatedly good and zero dismissiveness about seeing and advising a girl with ideas if her own unlike a nearby paint and hardware store I avoid. Darren, Aaron and the manageable size of the shop make for a personalised, quick and helpful service with a human touch. The reason we come in instead of ordering online. I highly recommend them.

Go see Darren for inspiration and advice. So helpful planning our first home. Helped us with estimating costs per room, made sure we know exactly what undercoat we'd need to lay down even coloured walls. Excellent service

I have been visiting this shop for some time now and on all my visits i have encountered such friendly and welcoming staff with such great advice and knowledgeable at solving all issues or queries i have had. Ive recommended this wonderful shop to all my family and friends. I made a big farrow and ball order with Darren and Sarah helping me throughout and i had this delivered to my property by the deliver driver Luke. So i would like to finish by saying if you need any paint or decorating materials this is the place to go. Thanks again Darren, Sarah and Luke.

Visited this store today to enquire about a colour we picked as it turned out lighter and I wanted information whether the top coat would change this so I could purchase a bigger size pot. I was served by a very unhelpful member of staff who made this a very uncomfortable and disappointing shopping experience.I am a key worker and had to take my little baby with me in the pram as I have no other option and no other time. I was made to feel guilty when I was trying to squeeze in with the pram in the tiny corridor of the shop to get to the till. I understand that these are difficult times but a little more patience and kindness to customers goes a long way. I am no expert in colour painting and genuinely needed the help to decide on the colour.Horrible and disappointing experience - definitely will not be shopping or recommending this place anymore
