I recently visited Greggs in Chiswick and received exceptional service from Paul. From his warm welcome to his attentive assistance with my order, Paul's professionalism and friendly demeanor made my experience truly delightful. Despite a busy rush, he remained calm and ensured every customer was well taken care of. The food was delicious and served with care. Paul's dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and I highly recommend Greggs in Chiswick, thanks to his outstanding hospitality. Ordered my food, however it came with an awful service from the manager or assistant manager, a young man who I think from what I can remember of his name tag is Arron or another name that begins with A.He was angry or fed up and was taking it out on the customers.His customer service was clearly left at home.The pasty was cold that I got but I decided not to go back in as I was put off by the attitude.

Rude Indian guy sunday morning so I walked out. In complete contrast to Paul who is absolutely exemplary

Most of the time the food was good but when I got the margarita pizza all the cheese stuck to the top of the bag so I just had soucey bread it was still good

It's pretty small and does not appear to sell any hot food. I visited at around 10:30 am and there were no hot items available.

Staff members Isabel and Paul were incredibly friendly when serving me at the Chiswick High Rd location of Greggs. Not only that, the service they provided was excellent.
