Updated 20/2:A team who lie to suit their own team convenience / commercial agenda.1. Cash up their tills well before 1730 close time so can't do anything banking/collection related whilst they do this from about 1700.2. Lie about International Driving Permits - whilst they state online that they do do them, when you go in, they make up stories that central do not send them to them, despite asking multiple times, and stating that I should go to Hammersmith PO instead (who will definitely have them). Having since spoken with 2 other branches since, they've both (independently and unprompted) stated that this branch's staff are lying - they simply don't want to do them as they take time to process and they only get 20p for processing them, so they make up stories instead.2 wasted journeys in 8 days, 1h 40 mins including queuing.What is the point in them.

Had two packages dropped off here. When collecting only one was found. When I queried it I was told that only was was delivered while tracking clearly showed two being delivered. I queued again and another clerk found the package that was kicked against the corner. When I told the first clerk that served me that other was here all along, he laughed. Have your packages delivered somewhere else. You will have to come here several times for someone to be bothered to check or your package will be lost.

Perfectly good post office. All staff I?ve interacted with have been helpful and polite. ?Shocking? fact: it gets busy during busy periods (lunchtime, after work, weekends). The line normally moves pretty quick.

Lying about attempting the delivery, no cards left. Just the worst post office. Edited: And the person whoever is responding to reviews try to respond to everyone not to only reviews you want. Also the post office is still very bad even if you have nothing to do with the Royal Mail , terrible customer service, always with attitude and act like they don?t want to be there.

Useless, souless place. Queued up to post a package and wanted to buy stamps. The woman behind the counter rather than talk to me smugly pointed to the handwritten sign on her window that said ?no stamps?. I asked where I can purchase stamps from and she smugly pointed to one of her colleagues at the next window! Well I wasn?t going to queue up again for another 15 mins, so I left.

It's literally one person and too busy.Just wanna collect a parcel and last days I am visiting here everyday just one or 2 people with long queue outside door.Worst experience

I went to this Post Office midday yesterday. I am a disabled person using a rather large electric Wheelchair. I found it very easy to get around once inside and I was able to join the queue and wait the few minutes it took to be served. The gentleman who served me was both polite and helpful. The Post Office was well laid out and so I had enough space to reverse from the counter area without issue.This particular Branch of the Post Office is the only one that I, as a Wheelchair user have been able to access successfully and use within the W4 - W6 area. I am so glad that this branch exists.The only issue I encountered here was that the internal double glass doors were not both open and were not automatic, so I was unable to enter and exit the branch without waiting for someone to unlock the closed door and open it for me.

Despite this post office having considerably long queues, the service in here is actually very good and you are served rather quickly, so those long queues die down fairly fast. Staff here are all very knowledgeable in all services that you'd possibly need. For example, what forms and id's are needed for certain services and how much each service costs. For a reliable post office you can most certainly choose this one to "deliver" every time.

They should rename royal mail and call it delivery lotto.!! I've had a parcel due since monday and today after waiting in all day again I've had an update on the tracker stating delivery will be attempted today at 15.29 and then delivery attempted.?. Unable to deliver at 15.31 which is a joke as nobody came into my front garden (I was watching out for him) not even a card left for collection.!! The parcel is for my daughters birthday tomorrow so I'm fuming..!! If the royal mail driver cant be bothered or doesn't have time before he finishes I'd rather them say that than lie.!!
