A good and accessible supermarket both in terms of prices and products. However, in the vegetable and fruit district, there are times when certain products are in short supply. A detail: a few months ago, the exit from fast food stores was done freely, now the exit is done with the reading of the receipt. My conclusion is that they also have their thieves!!

The cashier couldn't scan my nectar card then look at me and said I can't.i said I won't loose my points u can type it in. I bought a cabbage and didn't have a bag,I said do u have a transparent bag for the cabbage,she said no.so she touched the cabbage but b4 that she took some money from the prior customer and touched it with the same hand disgusting.i had to throw away the outer leaves. Not a good service I'm afraid,and I'm a customer online of sansburys.

As a pregnant woman, I couldn't use the toilets because they were all clogged and incredibly dirty! Gave 2 stars because I generally like the big selection in-store, but please work on your cleanliness, it's literally a health hazard.

Shop is dirty, untidy and shelves are always half empty. There are only ever two checkouts open, therfore spend more time in queue than actually shopping. Unfortunately we do not have a lot of choice in Chiswick, otherwise would go elsewhere

Just poor on all fronts. Fruit and veg sections are particularly depressing. Very poor standard of produce with little to no ripe fruits. Just walked out without buying anything as I didn?t want to spend any more time in there. Sainsbury?s has just lost it completely for me.

Do you want to be automatically assumed as a criminal and create unnecessary paper waste in the process?Come to Sainsbury's Chiswick where you now need to scan your receipt to exit a new self checkout barrier.Entirely pointless as anyone wanting to get past this barrier will just never enter the self-checkout area and leave directly through the main door instead.Well done Sainsbury's! You've just annoyed 99.9% of your otherwise happy customers.

Run of the mill supermarket that could be in any town or county. Popped in for a quick sandwich purchase. Could i find them?? Not a chance, damn things alluded me. Why are they not just inside the main entrance, like every other supermarket? I actually gave up looking and skipped lunch. Inadvertently gave myself more stomach room for a nicer meal later that evening.

I like the opening hours, the range of products is quite good and I was satisfied with the products I bought. A negative was the rude and selfish behaviour of a customer in the self-service checkout area.

Small but usually well stocked I terns Argos counter. Parking works by getting ticket on way in & validating it at the checkout, but sometimes barrier is open, and occasionally blocked by drivers who did not validate.

Excellent store with great variety of products from various parts of the world.The store has big free parking (up to 1.5h) and customer toilets.Great nectar prices and always lots of attractive temporary offers.Crowded at times, but plenty of self-service tills and the wait is never too long.

Absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. If you have a choice, spend your money elsewhere. The ques are so long it makes you leave your basket and walk away. Every time you come there you can feel how little customer satisfaction means to the chain.
