Lady name Karen was not only rude to me but to other customer too.I usually come here to develop my film, always was great service until I spoken to Karen, she was rude and arrogant make me don’t want to visit this branch anymore. I usally pay £15 to develop my film but I had to pay £22 when she was there

I went in here yesterday because I just wanted a couple of photos on my phone printed off so can fit into my small locket chain,it’s great how they can do that and a guy with beard and ponytail and a nice lady was very helpful.
