I went to the Chiswick branch because I'd visited Kingston & the young man who served me was so rude that I wasn't prepared to return. Thankfully the staff at Three in Chiswick High Road couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I'd been given a phone by a friend which is a lot more up to date the one I had. I needed a new SIM. Shanzil is charming & patient & incredibly helpful & the manager Hassi is also very helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this branch of Three highly enough.

Unhelpful. Smug. Rude. Terrible customer service. Constantly trying to place blame on the customer when it is clearly their issue. Can?t stress enough not to come to this store or use their services.

I visited three store, on Chiswick high road w4 London, and was served by gentleman named Mr Shahzil, a very professional, polite and friendly young man.He not only solved my problem, but went few extra miles beyond the call of his duty, as well.I wish I could give him10 stars out of 5.?????

I visited the store to upgrade, I had researched what I wanted. I spoke to a young lady think her name was Maria. Hassi the manager sat on the side of the next desk looking down on me. I felt quite pressured into getting an upgrade I didn?t want, he overtalked Maria.I was then told I needed a new plug £20 and case £20. I got the plug as I was told I needed it but not the case. (Which once you join, you get a big discount) I was then bombarded with broadband information even after saying I?m not intrested in changing broadband.I felt pressured into getting a handset I didn?t plan to, and a plug (which was not essential) I think if you are speaking to a customer you do not sit on the desk talking down, you pull up a chair and be equal level. They messed up my account so I had to return 4 days later, which customer service helpline couldn?t fix.I would never return. I found the whole experience very stressful and upsetting.Extremely disappointed

I visited the store after being unhappy with my previous provider and was very happy with the customer service especially with the manager Hassi and Shahzil who helped me find the best price for my upgrade, I recommend Three to anyone looking for a good price and excellent customer service

Visited the store for an issue with my pay as you go sim, the staff were very friendly and Nishanth helped me out in solving my issue and offered me a sim contract which i felt as good option and he put me on contract with in no time i thought it could take a lot of time but he was so quick. Nishanth has served us today and he was amazing with his great customer service. I was confused whether to go with EE but with his amazing service I decided to join Three. Very happy would definitely recommend everyone ?

Your number will NOT be automatically and immediately ported. Don't believe them....This has been going on for 4 days now. The sales person doesn't even use Three. He uses EE. And now Three won't even call me back to explain why my old number won't port over. They simply sent my husband a text indicating that it is a network issue. What does that even mean???
