Should be minus1 since had to make my case to get paid correct money. Experiences staff don't know how to work out a bet correctly. So imagine all the punters not good at maths or knowing their bet. They are all bring paid short so daylight robbery and Betfred seems to allow this to happen. Very sad business as punters loose slot as it is do when they win pay them out correctly .

I must say they do have the indep betting adjudicators in their pockets lies after lies even during the time in the hell of gambling...I was awarded unlimited spins yet machine played on its own...black shopman couldn't care less and I was verbally assaulted by another man and they won't due nothing....a real PIT OF HELL!!!

Have gamble comm case their fob locked itself and played o. It's own and they don't help. So taking these criminals to legal action... They will be sanctioned by gamble comm... Criminals takers... Not payed. . They also claim their jackpots are pre determined and can view jackpot!!!

Incredible lack of professionalism from the staff in this shop. Went in to collect a winning bet. Girl took the slip from me while sucking a lolly pop and said nothing. Kept on saying nothing until the manager came over. Said â??thatâ??s not from this shopâ?? is said; â??yes I understand thatâ??, â??Ok well I ainâ??t got itâ??.
