Had an important meeting to get to and my glasses broke. Georgina found a screw to fit my frame and adjusted them, even though I didn't buy it from Boots. I took a risk having them adjusted but it fits so much better now. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Nice frames. I'll be coming here from now on.

I am 89 just out of hospital I sent a friend to collect my prescription reading glasses log distance glasses and sun glass .He was only given my long distance .I spent about an hour trying to callThey didn't pick up and twice they hung up.I am going on holiday and I need themI will try again today I am disabled and house bound

Synthia, Elena and Sukaina were all fantastic and very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my vision tested after many years and ordered new prescription glasses. The expected turnaround was 7-10 days. I got both pairs (different prescriptions) in three! My new glasses were fitted beautifully and I highly recommend Boots Opticians in Clapham. Will definitely go back there next time.

Awful experience, I was made to wear a mask, the gentlemen then proceeded to put antibacterial on every 2 minutes which made me feel ill, poked me in the eye as he was trying to stand far back. Made me so anxious that I literally ran out as fast as I could. Ended up paying for another test at Specsavers in Clapham Junction which were amazing! Definitely worth the little bit of a walk for a far more pleasant experience.

Such a waste of time! No sense of organization or customer service. I don?t normally complain but when my appointments get missed up 2 times in a row, it?s too much! Such a disorganized place I go one time they couldn?t find my contact lenses and I had to reschedule. Second time I call, I apologize I am going to be late 10 min the lady on phone tell me it?s alright you can still come and do your appointment, I go and they tell me sorry the optician is going on lunch break you will have to reschedule, seriously this info couldn?t have been communicated over the phone?! You need to sort out your internal communication, be organized and have some respect for others timings!!

Optometrist was good and professional, but the team is veeery slow and unprofessional, not friendly and not polite at all. I had to pay additional £35 charge for something that they didn?t do ????? Very disappointed. Will not go there again ?

I was meant to have my optician appointment today and completely forgot to cancel it as I have been resting all day due to getting covid 2 days ago. The customer service is absolutely disgusting with the woman on the phone speaking to me like a child and saying someone should have phoned yesterday saying if I?m confirming or not which no one called. She then said because I didn?t come in it was a double booking so it?s been wasted and just hung the phone up. To think I was going to come here being my local and having someone I know go here. Absolutely disgusting do not recommend at all definitely going else where after the way I was treated.

I had appointment to check my eyesight on 06 May 22. This is my local Boots optician and I have been a client there for many years ( contact lenses/glasses). They have there a great optician at the moment who is highly knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. I was impressed with genuine human care and service she has provided. Reception staff was very accommodating and helpful too. They may be busy sometimes due to staff shortage but its compensated hundred times over with the quality of service . Highly recommended.

So I broke my glasses and needed new ones. I haven?t been to the optician for a while, so I needed an eye test (bear in mind I drive and cycle to work) So I went to the Boots Optician, (specifically the one in Clapham) Booked a slot ( which for some reason was like a month wait) so I waited, then they told me the optician was sick...fine, and then asked is there another optician they can get? apparently, there is only one optician in the whole of London that can use the optician machine for boots Clapham??? didn?t really get it, but I then waited another month, guess what...yep you know it, they cancelled because the optician got sick again. At this point, they should think of getting, maybe more than one optician. So I waited again for another month (BARE IN MIND, I CAN?T SEE STRAIGHT) and you guessed it they cancelled again. So your service is so bad, even when I tried to be calm and patient with your staff and crew, you still after 3 months in 2022 post-pandemic couldn?t do anything?? I?m sorry but I gave this place all the chances to win. Close down or fire some people...rather hire more people that can use the equipment. Sorry for this review but it?s really not great guys. Cheers
