Hello people, went to Metrobank to deposit my coins because the coin counter has been out of service for months. only to be told they can't take it because they can't verify them. ? So metro Bank cannot verify.... money. If I took them to Barclays they would weigh them.This isn't a bank it's a joke , & not a very funny one. Shambles. And the cashier's are rude & unhelpful.

Really helpful & friendly customer service at this branch today from both of the staff who were helping us despite the difficulties that the bank in general is currently going through. I hope all goes well for them all in the future.

worst bank ever. the employees are always laughing with each other rather than focusing on their customers. anytime you need ANYTHING prepare to have them take forever even for the most simplest task!

Amazing service from Keenan today. He was very helpful and helped me open an account with the Metro bank. He was very professional and polite. Despite a nuisance customer entering the bank causing a scene I would recommend him if you need any help.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star tbh. Extremely unprofessional. Walked in and was left standing around as if I was invisible. Was finally served, reluctantly. Everyone was In laughs and giggles behind the till. These people are handling our money for crying out loud!Was shocked to see a member of staff walking around in a Durag. Overall, very unwelcoming and as a result will be closing my account and changing bank.

Really bad bank. I had some fraudulent transactions from bogus Uber Eats in another country. Explained to the bank, asked them to block my card and pay attention, because I have no account with these services. They investigated and approved a refund. Yet they allowed several more identical bogus payments to go through AFTER that. They promised to refund these fraudulent transactions five months ago. I call once a month only to hear that the refund will be issued shortly. Still NOTHING FOR FIVE MONTHS.

Staff were helpful and attentive. Managed to get my card printed in about 15/20 mins. There wasn?t a huge queue on a Sunday morning. Feel sad for the employees being right next to the giant coin collecting machine, it?s super loud. Was worried after reading the reviews but I had a good experience

I didn't have to wait, the teller was particularly friendly and helpful, they had the infamous lollypops. And! I was able to find a 30 minute parking spot on a side road. Win win.

Genuinely awful customer service - have been trying to open a charity bank account for about 6 months now and this branch have either just ignored my emails or taken so long to respond to them that the documents I've provided keep going out of date. Winston assured me that my account would open without them needing anything further from me one day; and then the next week announced he needed three more documents. Pathetic; no respect for customer's time; bank elsewhere

Customer service is appalling. I asked for my balance and everyone was notified. When I pointed this out the attitude of the lady servicing me was disgusting. Even the manager had to ask her to be quiet but she felt in her right to inform me, "if you wanted your balance written down you should of asked for it." I believe it's standard requirements to write down a customer balance and not inform everyone in the branch. This is the nearest metro bank otherwise I would never go back to this branch

Very very bad experience ?I am a customer from Metro bank and now is about 2 years as Buisness Man.It is a believable how bad organise are the personal work in .Today with Manager Branch of Clapham Common.My request it was very simple ask few day before to increase my limits as credit card and the person cashier have done 1st the security check and all pass ....It means I was a legible to increase and he told me yes.But, he told me if I can wait on the sitting room.Waiting about one hour and nothing.After I left and I go back again after two days.And I spoke with the manager Metro bank in Clapham and she first checked again and after she told me I can't have increase my credit card only £500 that I have got it ready ready.I was very unhappy when she said that ..As her colleague is said all ok waiting we can do it.But, once again she emailed him the person who was in charge the first time and he said by email t her is subject to £500 to £1,000I can't believe so why he didn't explained this before?Why make me to wait?Why the not help me?I feel as customer like they abandoned me....And that is it.Is nothing is clearAnd. This is my complaint about.I can't believe.

Ashvi was extremely patient, whitty and friendly whilst remaining professional. She was able to help me over the counter with a simple matter which she resolved in next to no time. Great Service Ashvi. Thank You
