Very good , always has everything we need and is very close to home, I think some of the attendants are very kind, he is always polite and smiling, hard to see that in London

Some staff in this branch are abusive to the customers. I have observed several incidents of aggressive behavior to other customers and today I was the victim of this abuse myself. They scream at you and think it's OK, the intimidate and threaten the customers and nobody does a thing about it.

I feel this shop shouldn't be called a superstore. They just don't have the variety of stock, world food isle is a joke. Spacious and clean, some staff are grumpy but I'm just here for the food.

There are lots of self service tills (all switched on) but over half are nearly always turned off so you have to queue unnecessarily

Worth mentioning that the staff at this particular branch of Tesco are consistently helpful and friendly with a good atmosphere.

Very odd set up. A ton of extra self checkouts they refuse to open and instead make customers queue unnecessarily. The woman who was in charge of the self service tills at 1220pm on Saturday 7th Jan (Julianne maybe, couldn?t really see the badge) was rude, unhelpful, slow and just wrong. Twice gave me incorrect information and went out of her way to be difficult resulting in many frustrated customers and long queues.

Some of the prices are only reasonable if you have a club card, which is fine. But what I don't understand is having an app that relies on an internet connected to show the clubcard QR code in a store that has zero phone reception at the check out area.The new app has a very poor UX design too, so it's even harder to get it working. Had to leave the store a few times now paying 'non-clubcard' prices, which seem slightly too expensive.Probably will stick with other shops unless I absolutely need something passing by Tesco
