We went into get some documents verified. The assistant Khadesha Reymond went out of her way to help us open the account. She even missed her lunch to provide assistance. Excellent customer services extremely helpful efficient polite and friendly. Keep it up.

Very poor customer service.Had to go in branch for an appointment only for it to be cancelled the night before. The replacement appointment was also then cancelled the day before with no appointments available for weeks after on a Saturday. They suggested taking half a day off work to go mid week or to use another bank. Very poor customer service.

I went into the bank on Tuesday 29th November 2022 approximately at 9:35am and I saw two members of staff sitting in their office having a chat and they wasn?t doing any work and is this what people do nowadays they get paid not to do work. I think it is disgraceful that I had experienced this as a customer. I said to another staff that had served me at the cashier that her co-workers are talking and not working and this is unprofessional and she looked at me as if she didn?t know what I was talking about. Staff like this should get reprimanded.

I went to the brunch in Clapham Common to put some money into my account. I?ve double checked is open because was Saturday and it did show me I can go because it?s open till 1pm but guess what happened when Ive arrived?? Bank was closed!!!

The new style of TSB branch is a rubbish. Obviously, Sabadell Bank is behind. The new staff is completely silly and they are complicating every process. Something so easy like give coins... they don't check the coins available in the office, just the few coins on the box (counter machine) like if you are in the grocery shop asking for cash. It's a pity and is unfortunately the present and the future. My nephew can count the coins quicker without machine. A simple process with the old staff is wasting the time with the new staff and new style. Machines are to make life easier and quicker, no the opposite. Now we have a dehumanized, asocial and impersonal branch. Welcome to Sabadell world, one of the worse Spanish banks with the customers. Welcome to the Brexit. Welcome to the future.

The Staff here is Rude. The salary they get because customer use the service. If customer or all customers opt out from TSB they will go into Liquidation. All sort of customer must be treated equally fairly. Do not judge person with cloths or balance in account as you don't know the other person Hart, Thought & Action could be Far better than you.
