Possibly the most awkward and worst computer says no customer experience customer service experience I've ever had. While In the store to buy some items i realised that would be able to get them cheaper if I ordered them online. I went home, ordered them online to collect from the store. When I contacted the store to ask if I could come and collect them, I was told no and that I would have to wait for the delivery to come in to the store even though the items were in the store ! quite ridiculous. So I called boots customer service team because obviously they would be able to deal with an issue like unfortunately more computer says no from the customer service lady she was not able to allow me to collect the items or to give me my refund until the items were delivered to the Store mind you, these items were for pain and I need them now and they were definitely in the store so I then decided I would make a complaint and get a refund.f when I reached the complaint team they actually tried to help me. They understood exactly what I was saying. Found it a little bit silly that if the items were in store that the lady at thr store wouldn't allow me to collect them explained that that is the explain the reasons behind it, but said that they can that the lady in store can do something. Chloe from the complaints team who gave me excellent service and is nowhere near if probably is absolutely Fantastic. (everybody else was terrible), she then called the store in question Kingsbury boots to speak to the staff member, explained the situation to ask if I could then get the items that were in store but the in store staff memeber refused and judgeing from Clhoes demenor when she came back to me the instore staff memeber was rude to her (wow) imagine refusing to help when their own staff member called them. I think this is ridiculous I will not be shopping here again. I wonder if it was because I was dressed in casual clothing. I'm working from home today if I would have been suited and booted would I have been treated differently? if I had looked different to how I normally look. Would I have been treated differently? Either way, do not shop here. This store has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Can you imagine paying for a item and being told? You're not allowed to collect it from the store even though it's in the store? And then when you make a complaint, the complaints team understand call the boots. And then the lady still refuses to allow me to collect. What point was she trying to prove? what a joke.!!

Today I had an appointment for a blood pressure test.I was pleased to see that they really do measure blood pressure as prescribed.I told the lady I had been diagnosed with high blood pressure about a month and a half ago. Ramipril tablets I should take and the doctor asked me to buy a blood pressure monitor. So I bought one. I have to take my blood pressure every morning and evening. The problem is, I have to transmit the readings to the doctor. And he increased the dose based on this data. From 2.5 mg to 5 mg, and from today to 10 mg. My sphygmomanometer is not clinically validated, so I'm not sure the data is accurate. Yet they keep increasing my dose based on this data.I told the lady all this. She told me that: if I am on medication, she does not measure my blood pressure.I asked her to take my blood pressure only once. It's very important..That's why I took my blood pressure monitor with me.. I could compare it. But I begged in vain.. She said no. No humanity, no helpfulness. It would have only taken 5 minutes.. It was a huge disappointment.

Would be nice for Boots to employ people from other demographics and other ethic groups as staff members, with same qualifi

Always get the same answer, try the website or another store.Closed on a Sunday when most people are out shopping in the area. Making a loss there.Staff rude and they stare at you and watch you like hawks when in the store. Staff too busy talking and joking to actually help customers.Wouldn?t shop here again.

Not the nicest boots I've ever been into. It has the essentials but I would keep an eye on the price tickets as they are not always up to date. The store looks a little tired and unloved, could do with a face lift.
