Has many of the same problems as Kingsbury Post Office. Puzzling really. The service I received was very passive aggressive and critical. There is a sense that the customer is an inconvenience. As others have said, they treat you as a criminal for the slightest reason which seems to be security and KYC training that's been poorly executed. If you don't have your banking thoroughly organized they are very rude. Which is again strange as the whole point of a bank clerk is to help you with matters you cannot solve yourself. They kept telling me to go online, seemingly hoping for their own job to become redundant. No training in neurodiversity which is bad for a customer facing role. Oh, and the ceiling is caving in. Not the best branch.

Kingsbury branch of Halifax is not at all up to the mark when it comes to banking service or customer service. firstly there are very less staffs who are not as all customer friendly or polite ..they find every means to harass them without any logical reason. Recently I went to the branch to withdraw 2000£ i was questioned as to how can I withdraw the money when it was deposited into my account just the previous day and i was asked to show identity proofs of the person /invoice I received from the person who made the payment to me...is this logical ...i am prepared to show my proofs which apparently is not enough for these two bank staffs ...this is ridiculous..i definitely do not recommend this particular branch for banking because of these two staffs whose main objective is harassing customers rather than offering banking service.

Went there with an issue and a consultant whas very helpful but i was laking time so i said i will come back during the weekend, very politefull he said itâ??s fine and i knew i had solutions for my problem, came in on a saturday and other consultants where there, unhelpful and russing me after i waited 30 minutes on a que... poor customer service wothout knowladege about producs therfore switched to another bank, sorry

Very poor service from a lady Nila i was to open an account and he refuse me watter bill is to old and after 10 min i open one at nat west with same bill so very bad service not recomended this bank from Kingsbury with this typ of staff

under 0 star if i can , with my respect im sorry to say rubbish treatment all the people work in this office they with bad face never good afternoon or sorry i dont understand how can bank put this staff to the public people always never smiling i went to open account they check document my wife all is fine they gave appointment in the same day i went quikly with my children after school i payed 2,50 aparcament car ,one lady meeting me with my wife and baby and my 2children never she said good afternoon or welcome only bad face and when said not open the account never said sorry about that , nothing profisional this lady no understand that she treatment with custmer where she work and earn money every month to give service with good manners ,the problem is not if open account or not the problem is the bad face that i saw every minute in this office that is give nervios and bad very bad time nothing nice bad face no smiling she told me the residence card no has 4 name and in the proof of addresd official document no put the 4 name only 3 i told her some time put only 3 and is more important the residence card i show her another document but she block the open account with bad face i told her your collegue 2time check the document they told me all is fine but the same treatment not sorry nothing profgisional , when i leave this lady i went to maneger that she check document my wife and she said all is fine and i told her what happened i received the same bad face no smiling not sorry , very bad time in this office that gave me bad body nerviuos and my wife very sad with this treatment ,,, very bad treatment with bad face ,if they no want open account or something wrong must be before the appointment because i lose my time and 2,50 aparcament and i feel very bad for manners reception me and miy wife the central bank should be give to them class for smiling to custmer and if they have problem and they no want work be in home and no take mony every month to give this no profisional and bad treatment with very bad face .. total rubbish treatment nothing profisional ,and they make in tv propaganda no problem this is only for tv but nothing in the reality .if they no want open account no problem i go another bank but not with manners .
