I was going to buy chocolates for the staff at the end of the month; when I was due to leave for my new flat. I had in fact previously done so for a couple of the housekeeping staff. But then this happened: I was told TODAY, at 10:20 am, that I had to vacate the hotel by 12pm. Just yesterday, the staff had asked me to switch rooms, which is the regulation after 28 days. It took me 90 minutes; only to do it all over again today, at the eleventh hour. I had in fact been here for more than 3 months, whilst desperately waiting for my flat to be fixed with a meter. This totals up to more than £14,500 income for the hotel, in just one double room. I was told off yesterday for ?damaging the carpet?, ie a 50p sized marker stain, and crumbs left all around the dust bin. I had gone around the room to strip the bed, wipe down all surfaces, including window panes and plinths. Once in 3 months the cleaner has go around and scrub for an additional 20 minutes. How much does that cost the company?? Someone from management told the council to cancel my booking. No one told me about this until today. You?d think they?d choose one minute out of the hours I was sitting in the restaurant doing my paperwork, to let me know. Now I have had to pack all my things into bin bags, in my own, whilst being hurried on by the millennial reception staff. I have various health issues: including breast cancer, fibromyalgia and urology issues. I am also going through a hard time with housing, as many people staying in this hotel. They treat me like a pile of garbage, and kick me out on my sorry a? with no warning. Like a thief, or a troublemaker. Never will I forget it. Never!!

We stayed here in September and had the best stay! Really friendly and accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is in prime position with a bus stop a short walk away and station a short bus ride away. Really good location to get into central London without the cost of staying in central London. Our room was really quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of parking, outside the hotel and behind the hotel which was one of the reasons I chose this particular Travelodge. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Stayed one night, booked a room with a microwave and fridge, both clean and working. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking is free but you need to park around the back and put your registration number in the tablet at the reception desk. Shower was hot and good pressure, bed was comfortable, the bar area was quiet although expensive.

Great Pitstop. Great location..the staff at the desk were really helpful with the exception of one tall south Asian male staff member who seemed to be perturbed and uneasy at my request to leave my luggage until my husband returned. However he was overruled by another lady possibly the manager. Thank

Booked here for the weekend. It was one of the hotter weekends. Got into the bedroom to notice that the room was warm. Put the air con on 18 degrees went out and came back. The room was still warm. Complained to reception who said they could reset it from there end, only for them to turn it to 26 degrees (cool) When I told them that didn't make sense and it was also still warm they did nothing. My friend who has sleep apnea struggled with his breathing for the two nights. We weren't offered another room or a fan. The window barely opened. We didn't get an apology or anyone come to our room to check it. Reception staff were not helpful or personable which is not usual for travelodge. I've stayed at lots of travelodges in the past year and the staff totally let this hotel down.

It's not normal for my company to book a Travelodge but on this occasion had no choice.Plenty of free parking and for vans. Easy to locate. The rooms were dirty, the floor hadn't been hoovered and the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned as there was old soap marks still everywhere. Visible soap blobs and hairs in the bathroom. Toothpaste marks on the mirror still. The room was freezing and the heating didn't work, only blew cold air. No blackout curtains and noisy traffic all night and day outside. The fan in the bathroom stayed consistently on and loud, half of the plug sockets didn't work and there's also a consistent flashing light in the room. The lights specifically in my corridor didn't work so I felt unsafe on the evenings and it was pitch black (in comparison to the rooms!).Never again!

Nice hotel close to Wembley, so for any event, this would be an ideal location. Easy to travel to Wembley, Uber about £9 on average day. Staff is very helpful and always makes your stay enjoyable. Nice little restaurant, with some vegetarian options, the deserts are literally amazing. They always have happy hour on drinks every day from 5 till 7 pm. Meal deals for dinner for £14 - great value for money overall. Rooms are not to spacious, but they are clean and welcoming. They also have possibility for early check in or late check out. The best of all, they have Free parking ?

I have to say I was very impressed at this reasonable priced hotel on the doorstep of London. We had a family room that was clean, beds that were comfy. Very peaceful at night The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Natalie who booked us in, she was so pleasant and informative.
