I have been I here several times simply because it is easy to park. Both the man and his wife are very rude. Barely opens his mouth, simply points and grunts. Strangely I have seen him chatty and friendly to a couple of customers he obviously knows. He will simply igmore the fact that you are waiting. One day he told me my parcel was too big and refused to take it.

Went there to buy a 'pre paid' special delivery envelope for a visa application - got told 'no we don't do it here - you need to go to a bigger post office'. Went to the Coulsdon post office in town centre (yes I needed to drive and struggle to park there) - sorted in 30 seconds - the Coulsdon post office staff then told me in no uncertain terms the Mount Post Office shouldhave provided this type of service to all customers!! Why own a post office branch if you're not willing to offer one of the most basic service?!

Without doubt the rudest shopkeeper I've ever met. Spoke to me abruptly when confirming post code on a letter which was clearly legible, Didn't say thank you even when prompted twice. Very miserable and ignorant man. Will be going elsewhere in future.

Absolutely disgusting service. Keep away from these horrible people. The guy was eating a doughnut behind the counter and refused to take my package because he couldn't be bothered to type in the address manually. You are what you eat, and they are definitely doughnuts.
