Hard working staff who are having to deliver crazy amounts of items and post with lower staff numbers at the moment.The delivery office isn't open for long so make sure you check the official Royal Mail website as their hours also change.The customer service point isn't usually busy. When it is, expect to queue outside (especially during covid times) as you can only safely fit one person at a time.The delivery office is conveniently placed next to the Lion Green Car Park.If you are able to, I'd definitely recommend using this office instead of the Post Office next door. The staff here are much friendlier than the Post Office staff!”
