“It is an overall great amazing experience shopping here.The main cons are that the parking lots are usually full and incoming customers will need to wait for a parking slot to be free, however being a cyclist here proves to be a time saver.The queue in the counters is also very long during peak hours. They can extend 2-3 counters and manage this issue in a very simple manner though it's not yet been implemented.These are small issues that can be fixed and it doesn't in any way disrupt your shopping in the store.The prices are really low and extremely good for value. Mostly all products go abv expectations and are all great.Staff is really helpful and kind. The accents are sometimes a little bit hard to understand but it's alright.Overall an amazing shopping experience with improvements that can be made on managing queues.”

“By far the best part of this store is the bakery and the baker. Excellent customer service. Absolute 5 stars. Tesco's croissant and batons are way better than in Waitrose next door. (ALDI Coulsdon doesn't have any fresh baked products). The rest of the store and staff is "meh", uninspired item choices, and pricey. But it's a great place to quickly grab a meal deal or something freshly baked...”
