“I went in there for a Tottenham kit and found the shirt but could not find the shorts or socks, so I asked at the till and the lady said that they are rarely in stock and that's when a little voice said I think we do stock them and they should be over with the other shorts which I found. I asked the same question about the socks and pretty much got the same answer but then that voice popped up again and said I believe we do have them and took me over to find them, which she did, she has found the whole kit for me. I really appreciate good service and good knowledge of your store and luckily for me Chloe behind the counter was amazing at her job and I spent twice as much”
