I recently purchased a carpet from Staples Corner store, and I'm extremely pleased with both the product and the service. The quality of the carpet exceeded my expectations, Shazia was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the selection process. The store had a wide variety of options, accommodating various styles and budgets. Overall, a fantastic experience!

If I could give 0 I would. This company is an absolute disgrace. Charged me £90.00 for 3 doorbars + fitting to correct their previous poor carpet fitting (£1600.00 +) just over 5 years ago. My carpet has been left with a 30 mm bare gap with gripper nails on full display. The fitters excuse was you don?t have enough carpet to cover the grippers . If you fitted the carpet correctly in the first instance this wouldn?t have been an issue. I feel sick every time I look at the mess Carpet Right made of my home . I would definitely avoid at all costs .

Shazia at Staples Corner really looked after me. I came in last thing on a Saturday and she could not have been more helpful with pricing, finding the right carpet and making sure the measurements I needed were correct. Management, if you?re reading this, get their heating sorted! Freezing in there, can?t imagine working a full day that cold.

Tapi Carpets were really helpful and they guided me to the closest store so that I could get my carpet fitted for my council flat, I wish it was sooner tho, but nevertheless they were really kind the people that I spoke to

Staff were really helpful and patient with me when I realised I had no cash/cards on me just contactless! I went searching elsewhere for the flooring but came back here as I loved the flooring.
